I am 14/f and SUPER shy and I really like this guy and its not even that i know him or anything cause i havent said one word to him and i need a way to let him know that i like him without really saying "hey i like u"... uhmm.. i see him in skool at lunch and sometimes in the hallways and i dunno hes not even that cute or anything but somehow i am attracted to him and ive seen him looking at me and then he would turn away when i looked at him but im really not sure how to show that i am intersted in him :( please help...i am so desperate cause i really really like him. and if u have any advice slightly related to this please jus say it! thanks! i rate high!

i think you should just start talking to him first like... idn.. like.. if yoo see ihm in the hall.. ask him if he has any gum.. or a pencil or sumthyng.. then next tyme yoo see him.. be like.. hayy! and start talking to him.. then you can tell him you like him after yall have been talking!

I met this woman through work, and I would like to get to know her better. I don't ever get to see er anymore though, and the only way I know of to get in touch with her is to cal her. I vever asked for her number, but I can look it up. Should I call her, or would it be a bad idea, since she hasn't given me her number?

I have to do a speech and presentation in English on Tuesday. I am really nervous and hate looking at people, and if I look at my friends I just laugh. However, I can't get anything higher than a B if I don't have 'audience awareness' and I have to get all A's. So does anyone have any tips on how to be less nervous or how I can have more 'audience awareness' or even how to stop myself laughing at the funny parts of my presentation?

ok.. i put on my base and the rest of my makeup..and my face just seems shiney, like its reflecting the light. I have no idea what that means or how i can make it not shiney..any ideas?

uhm.. the reason its probably shiny is because its oily.. you need to clean your face every night and morning and like.. put astringent on your face and it will dry oil.. and get all the dirt off your face.. then if its styll shiny.. put powder over it!!

I'm currently a senior in hs and already have a dress for my Senior Prom but I like my Junior Prom dress better. So would it be weird to wear last year's dress again. Or should I just suck it up and wear my new one.

I was looking through my closet just to check on my dress that I'm gonna wear tonight to a party, and when I tried it on, I realised it had this pretty big and noticable tear right on the butt! and i dont know what to do! i dont have any other dress options in my closet, i can't leave the house to buy another one, and i absolutely canNOT wear this torn dress! what should i do? because i would rather skip the party than feel totally self-consious....HELP PLZ! Ok, well lately, many of my friends have been smoking weed. I tell them that it's stupid and that it can harm your health, and stuff such as that, but they keep telling me that weed doesn't harm your body in any way what-so-ever. If anyone knows, can you please tell me what side-effects you may get from smoking weed? (I'm a 14/f, if that's important, which I don't think it is.)

well.. like.. the most biggest side effect is that its a gateway drug to other drugs.. like.. its the beginning.. and from weed.. you go to harder stuff.. so.. like.. its not much worse then alcohol.. like.. the physical effects are the same as alcohol.. so.. yeahh

ok i know this is really random and sounds stupid, but whenever my mom eats, she doesn't eat with her mouth closed. this really bothers me because it looks and sounds really disgusting, but none of my other family members seem to notice. how can i tell her, politely, that i think it's disgusting and she should stop (because she does it in public too!)
