well i have 2 answers for you.

1. i would try to use a new make up that isnt so shiney.

2. i would try to put on a powder insteadt of a liquid. this might help but im not sure.

Hey,
well i know what you mean, ok they sell those stuff at any drug store well any store as wal mart, target, walgreens, they are like in small packages and they look like little wipes to take the oil off your face, so you could use that and than put on your makeup.
k? hope i helped.

uhm.. the reason its probably shiny is because its oily.. you need to clean your face every night and morning and like.. put astringent on your face and it will dry oil.. and get all the dirt off your face.. then if its styll shiny.. put powder over it!!

Karen answered Monday February 28 2005, 2:55 pm:
You need to use a foundation that is oil free and that will help not make your skin look shiney and such. You can also put on a powder when you are done so it will hide the shine of your skin. If you use any lotions or foundations that are somewhat shiney, don't use a lot and this won't happen to you.

LexybelNLisa answered Monday February 28 2005, 1:42 pm:
it's prob. just oil, or the kind of make up your using. You cud fix it by gettin blotting pads, or try a diff. brand of make up, (a pink blush might also help, but you'll hava experiment on dat 1)
gud luck! hope i helped!

S_C answered Monday February 28 2005, 6:19 am:
Did you use any shimmer powder, or any regular powder that has sparkles in it? If not, then it could be the light, or it could be that you used too much. Take a tissue or a little bit of toilet paper or something, and just like super super gently whipe i across your face, like barely let it touch your face. It's get of most of like the sparkles, and it might take off a small amount of the base and blush or anything, but usually it'll only take off if you use too much. It'll make it less shiny... unless it was just the light, then it'll just make it look better. Sorry if it doesn't work, or if your confused with my answer, but it works for me. Good luck.
