Im trying to go on a diet where i eat just meat and veggies and NO BREAD! but its not working! becauz all day i was craving a sandwhich so i ate one and of course on bread! i need help to stick on a diet! (link)

don't kill yourself because you want to look like a model. but here are some tips anyway, everyday do crunches, twenty in the morning, twenty in the afternoon and twenty at night. plus, you can still eat bread, just NOT WHITE. white bread is one of the worst things you can eat. try eating wheat bread, it is much better for you. if you hate wheat bread, try having a sandwhich on a bagel. yummm!!! good luck!

Theres this girl at my church who also goes to my school. No one sits with her at lunch, and im absolutly sure she doesnt have any friends. She might have some problems, im not sure. (Mentally)

don't let your life fall apart because of one person. the best thing to do would be to go sit with her at lunch to see what she is like. tell your friends what you are doing and if they are true friends, they will understand. just try to be patient. if it becomes a bigger issue, let me know. i am sure i will have something up my sleeve.

time to pop! pop! POP! them. this worked for the blackheads and zits on my cousins facr and i bet it will work on your leg.
my cousing did this in a sink but that is because it was her face, you should to it in a tub. Now all you do is fill up the tub with steaming hot water. don't make it too hot because you might hurt yourself. aslo, don't pour the water too high. do it a little less than an inch. then, find a towel and cover your leg with it while holding your leg just above the water. make sure no air is getting in the towel. make sure the towel is touching the water, this way you will know you are at just the right hight above the water. keep your leg there for a few minutes. when you take out your leg, it should be all moist. now start pushing and pulling the skin around the zit but don't hurt yourself. you will know when it pops when it starts too ooze and maybe some blood might even come out.

Hello all,I'm new to this site and I need advice so I'm hoping you guys on here can be helpful. Here is my story..
Me and this girl (I'll call her Mallory) have been talking for about a month now. She asked me to go with her to her homecoming dance next weekend (we attend different schools). Well,I told her yeah until I found out who was gonna be there. This guy I have alot of beef with will be there,and I know all he's gonna do is start mess and try to get me to fight him. I'm not gonna fight him at the Homecoming dance because I don't wanna get arrested plus that'll just make both of us look low life. Besides that,she goes to a private school which means alot of preppy people will be there. All in all,I really don't want to go,but I already told her yes. What should I do? (link)

why don't you picture it like your own dance! dress up however you feel for the dance and pretend the girl/guy of your dreams will be there. act like everything is going your way. you will have the time of your life if you think satasfyingly!

ok, don't say my friend is a fag or anything just because he cut.. i don't wanna hear it... but i've been really mad because, i was talking to him, and he quit cuttin for about 3months, but then while i was talkin to him, i told him something, and he said "brb" then when he got back, he told me that he had cut himself because of me.He said he was just looking for a reason to do it, but now i feel really guilty. IDK what to do, hes not online a lot so i haven't talked to him, so my guilty concious grows each day. I'm mad at myself because 3 months ago, i was the reason he stopped cutting, now im the reason he started. Can anyone give me advice on what to do right now? i don't like the feeling of being guilty, but i can't talk to him...i need a way to clear most of my concious about this, cuz its really disturbing my sleep and life in general.. ok I have very thick hair a few inches past my shoulder..and I am starting to wash it alot more so it won't be frizzy..soo now I always have to do something to it or it will be REALLY big and poofy..well I can't blow dry my hair straight..it takes forever and it never works..so I got all those straightening poducts..but they're all for when you blow dry your hair straight..when you don't..it just makes it not frizzy ya know? I straighten it alot but to make it look good it takes SOOO long and I dont have the time and it's really bad for your hair..can't get it chemically cuz thats bad too and I got it once and it messed up..so any tips to help? ever tried putting moose all through your hair? then blow dry it while brushing it WHILE flipping over your head.
another tip...
just blow dry it for a while, while brushing it out. usually it makes your hair more soft. but i don't know about thin.

ok, I just recently dumped my bf of three months. I'm 13/f, and I felt really bad about dumping him. I had thought about it all the time. think about it... what is going to happen when you are a mother? are you going to show off your belly button to your kids? Also, think what other people will think. For example, most of the people i know, when they see some kid with there belly button pierced, they think that person is a slut and sometimes even just another unresponsible kid. but i am not calling you that because everyone is different.
convincing your mom won't be easy, but like i said, think about it. try to find her at a nice and quiet time. then talk to her about it.

My dad won't let me date till im 16. Im only 14 right now and I have a boyfriend, and i have guy friends. My boyfriend called me this afternoon, and my dad heard the message he left me. All it said was his name and phone number, but my dad got mad. Then a little later, one of my guy friends called, and dad got even more mad. He said im too young to have guys calling me.
How can I convince my dad that im just friends with these guys? I really want to keep my friends, but he doesnt want me to hang out with guys. What do I do?

Wait till your dad is alone and in a good mood. But don't act like you expect anything. Then, simply just walk into the room and sit down next to him. Then start explaining the TRUTH. But still, tell him only what he wants to hear. MAKE SURE YOU TALK SLOWLY! If he interupts you, STAY CALM! don't let him get to you. once the conversation is over, give him a kiss on the cheek or do something touching to make him know you care about him even if you don't like his answer. Later (NOT ON THE PHONE) talk to your boyfriend at SCHOOL. talk to him at a time you think he will listen. Tell him the problem you are having with your dad. Tell him you love him very much and you don't want to break up even though you might have to. if you are really feeling it, you might cry. This will show how you are not willing to break up with him. If he understands, you know he was a boyfriend worth having. But if he reacts in the wrong manner, you know that he wasn't worth while. whatever choice you make DON'T FEEL GUILTY. you have no reason to. besides, life is too short to complain, but so long and beautiful to give up.

Don't worry. You are just going through puberty. You shouldn't care if you are growing just like your friends are. Because you are you! If you are that concerned about the way you are growing up, talk to your parents. They are the ones who can help you the most. They have gone through what you are going through, and you should know it. But if you really want to know the average age to get it, it is from age ten to almost any age, you are always growing. :)
