hey, well for loosing weight i think that you should go to the local ymca. there is plently pf excercising equipment there, a running track, and muscle building classes. as for tanning, there are a few options. a) bed/booth tanning, b) spray tanning, or c) tanning lotions. if your looking for a drastic change, try bed or booth tanning. you might burn at first, so check with the clerk for how long you should go before you do that. a little change would be spray tanning. now spray tanning can be amazing, depending on where you go. sometimes it will make you complelty orange, so thats something youll have to chance. if you want to try the tanning lotion, its the same as the spray tanning. you could get totally orange. i would use a trusted brand if your gonna go for that.

hey, well you shouldnt care of what people think. you need to be true to yourself and if the truth is that you like him and want to be with him, than so be it. just tell them all teh good qualities that he has and that if they were really your friends they would want what is best for you.

So, I'm getting a haircut on Friday. I really want something new and different, but not TOO different, know what I mean? I want to look good, not weird. This is what my hair is now: dirty blonde( I hate saying my hair is 'dirty' but that's really the best way to describe it) usually straightened, about 3 inches past my shoulders, with chinlength pieces framing my face, as in bangs from fifth grade that never totally grew out. Totally boring, right? So, basically, I want you guys to give me some new, exciting styles that aren't too weird. Oh, and no extensions, my mom would never let me. As for length, I want it shoulder-length or longer, because I like good ponytails. Oh, one more thing that might help: I have an oval-shaped face. I want to tan this summer. I want try not get burnt and yet wear sunsreen. I have very very ight skin and burn easy. but thing is i put aloe on if i get burnt then next day my skin same color. anyway I was wondering. how long should stay out in the sun and how many mins. plus what time of day be better.

hey, well burning just to get tan is dangerous. i did that before and the results were painful. i developed a "sun blister".

that thing on her foot is what i had on my shoulder. it was very painful and i couldnt sleep well for days, because to lay on it hurt. you need to tan the right way. wear sunblock with a pretty good spf. dont wear tanning oil. it attracts the sun way to much. go out there at about 12 noon. take breaks in between to avoid sunburns. some alternatives would be to spray tanning, bed tanning, or tanning lotion. if you want more information about either of those three things, leave me a message and i would definately like to help you.

hey, this question is way to hard to answer because it varies so much. guys want different things. what they want depends on there personality. dont change for anyone or any guy. stay true to yourself and eventually you will find a guy that will love every little detail about you. it may take some time. it could happen next year or five years from now. just wait it out.
i know i keep asking this question but i cant help it. it just hurts so much. i told my best frind i liked him. he was so flirty and everthing he led me on. and then when he found out that i thought he felt the same way about me he told me that he doesnt want a girlfriend. and when i directly asked him if he liked me he said no. but that was last month so much has happened since. when someone asked if i still liked him i said no rite in front of him. im not sure if he cared or not. but he still always flirts with me to the point where other people tell him not to. they think that he is hurting me by doing so. also there is another girl that likes him. she is in our group of friends. he knows about her liking him. i have never seen him flirt with her though. he will always flirt with me in public. he tells me he loves me but im sure he doesnt mean in a romantic kind of way. i value our friendship so much. he makes me so happy. m not sure what i should do at this point. i know he doesnt want commitment. i know he doesnt like anyone. i know he sees me as his sister rather than a girlfriend because he doesnt want a gf. but i cant help wondering if he would date me if he wasnt afraid of commitment. should i tell him that i like him or should i just try to get over him? he has no idea i still like him because i was trying to play hard to get, though im not sure that worked either. please anyone. im tired of thinking about him sooo much and then knowing that he will never like me.

hey, alright well you have to do what you think is best for you. if you can handle being just strictly on that friends only status, then go for it. if you cant handle it and just keep on wanting him, than i dont think that its the best for you. i think if thats the case that its just better to stay away from him all together. yes, its going to be hard to do and hard for you to get over, but youll be so much happier in the long run. you dont want to continue teasing yourself.
ok im a 14 year old, but i get scared at night and i can barely sleep alone in my room, or take a shower without someone in the next room with the door open... does anyone know someone like me, and what should i do to get over it? and do you think i ever WILL get over it?
hey, i used to be like that too. what i did was put on the radio while i went into the shower. that way i could sing and keep my mind off of being scared. as for going to bed at night, a night light is always an option. leaving the door open while you sleep is an idea. leaving on a radio or a tv always helps too.
How can I stop being so paranoid? I care too much about the motives of others, and if they're talking about me, etc. I'm so paranoid when I like guys, too, and it messes with my head and distorts everything.

16/f. I'm still in love with my ex. We broke up at the beginning of June. The break-up wasn't entirly my fault, but I do take a lot of the blame. And I know that if we were to get back together, I would change so much and I would work so hard at it and try to make it last. One problem: the day we broke up he got a girlfriend and they are still together. And she is one of my friends, kind of. But I love him so much, and I want to tell him. I just don't know how to tell him, if I do. I don't know what to say or anything. And he is my best friend and I would hate to lose him if I do tell him. hey, well i totally disagree with the advice below. i think that if you guys are basically best friends, you wouldnt want to ruin that by telling him. that would be putting him in a position to chose who he likes. im guessing he would pick his girlfriend. then he would get into the situation of not wanting to hurt you. i would wait it out. if hes still with his girlfriend now, then they must have something special. most of all, you love this guy. when you love someone, you want the best for them and want them to be happy. im pretty sure that he must be happy with his relationship with his girlfriend if hes still with her. if there relationship is ended, than you can tell him how you feel. also the same day you broke up with him, he got a new girlfriend? whats up with that? it seems like he was waiting for the breakup to be with her. you should look into that if your going to get back into a relationship with him.
