Cheerleading -> Weight And Im Very Pale

Ok Well For My Schools Cheerleading Team Our Uniform Tops Are Short , And They Show Past Our Belly Buttons, And I Dont Rillie Wnat To Show Off My Tummy.How Could I Loose 20 Pounds Buy Mothers Day ? And Also I Am Very Pale, And Everyone Else On My Team Is Very Taned , What Could I Do To Get A Tan So I Dont Stand Out So Much , And Look Like Im Very Ill All The Time?

please dont devolp a eating disorder. this is how they start. advice DONT get a fake tan it will lead to bad problems later in life. its getting nice out go do situps outside (tan and exercise :) eat 3 meals a day but eat dinner veary early like 5 and dont eat again for the night. go jogging and other fun things. but mostely dont care what people think. i guarentee your beautifull in your own ways.

hey, well for loosing weight i think that you should go to the local ymca. there is plently pf excercising equipment there, a running track, and muscle building classes. as for tanning, there are a few options. a) bed/booth tanning, b) spray tanning, or c) tanning lotions. if your looking for a drastic change, try bed or booth tanning. you might burn at first, so check with the clerk for how long you should go before you do that. a little change would be spray tanning. now spray tanning can be amazing, depending on where you go. sometimes it will make you complelty orange, so thats something youll have to chance. if you want to try the tanning lotion, its the same as the spray tanning. you could get totally orange. i would use a trusted brand if your gonna go for that.

get fake bake if you want to get tan and just run and do crunches and diet...dont eat any snacks just the 3 meaks...and dont skip breakfat you will gain more weight

excercise excercise EXCERCISE. Crunches- about 150 or 200 a day. Just keep doing them , and you will see results. Get outside more, and they also have these lotions that make you a little bit tanner, but not like over the top. Just look in the aisles at CVS in the lotion aisles. A really good brand is Neatrogeana. Try it :]
