I have a really bad toothache. Its been going on and off for about a month. I went to the dentist and the guy said it was because of my braces, I KNOW ITS NOT. The guy wasnt even my regular dentist. But anyways, is there anyways to get rid of it without having to take medicine or use anbesol or stuff like that?
LM answered Thursday March 29 2007, 6:03 pm: You probably have an infection. See your regular dentist- you don't want to lose a tooth or get a cavity, right?
Infections are nothing serious if they're treated- just antibiotics. In the meantime, try Orajel to take the edge off. It's a gel and it numbs anything you apply it to.
