My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

You can get it anywhere.. At Walmart, Target, kmart,Marshalls,TJ Max. Stores like those sell them really cheap for about $20-30! Department stores sell them also but there they are more expensive.

Ok,well i haven't my period yet [[and im 13..]] My mom got it when she was 13,my sister got it when she was 14. Does this run in the family that i'll get it either this year or when im 14? or would i be different? i really just want to get it over with instead of being afraid it'll happen when im in school or somewhere everyone can see it !!

It doesnt run in the family as least I dont think. Anyone can get their period any time and basiclly any age while you are still a teenager. 13-15 is the age where you probablly will get it. Its most likely. You will never be able to get period over with. I mean you will have to deal with it for a really long time. But thank god its 1ne a month! You will be able to sort of predic when you are going to get it. You will be getting discharge,sometimes cramps things like that. Wear those really light pads just for your good. I mean they are small && you can't feel its like a pad.

Thats a 3-4 year difference. It depends on him. Some guys do care but most guys wouldnt want to mess around with younger girls unless there is a reason. Some guys also like more expirianced (sp) girls which are usually older. But if he likes you then maybe you could try to work it out && ask him if he really does care about the age difference.

On my hair it works. You should use a small curling iron. Put your hair up in 5 sections. Do little by little and on each curl or peace of hair put hair spray. Dont use gel because your hair it just get hard. Then after you are all done add more hair spray. It always works for me so it should work for you. Oh one more thing, if you got out of the shower and you blow dry your hair you should wait because its harder to curl && style your hair when its fresh. A hair sylist told me that tip!

Hey all. I would love to start a new club...maybe even two because my middle school doesn't have a lot of clubs and the clubs that are available aren't really good. I would like to start National Junior Honor society and/ or Dance Company where we travel to places sometimes to perform or watch broadways, take dance lessons and stuff like that. I was thinking that the money from the fundraisers we organize in the National Junior Honor Society will go to the fee of the trips (transportaions, hotel, etc.). Does anybody know how long it will take to get these clubs developed, and how can I spead the word to get people to join? Thanks!

First talk to your principal he has to set everything up and first make sure its okay. Then you could tell people about it and since he is the principal he will get the word out to people. None of us know how long is will take besides the principal. Just make flyers and put them in the halls and if you have a board where you put the news and everything. But it sounds like a good idea! ♥ xO`
