ok so i am having my sweet 16 party and i pretty much know what I want to do. So far I know I am having it at a separate room at a restaurant(that has pool tables and other things) and hiring a d.j. along with food etc. The party will last around 5 hours and i am inviting some of my good friends 15-25 people. I'm so holy-crap overwhelmed by everything right now! Most of it's from this girl. Don't tell me that teens can't love. I'm 13, and I know what love is. I know I'm in love. But she doesn't like me back. So that's two things so far, love and rejection. Then there's jealousy, when I found out that she had an ex and her first kiss. Her ex is coming back. I know it. I can just feel it. And I have nobody to talk to about it: my parents don't understand (I tried), my friends are as equally nerdy as I am, and don't know a thing about love; I'm way too busy to go see a therapist; I'm too shy to tell her all this.
And of course school. I made all the advanced classes, so that's kinda annoying. But not as much.
And finally, orchestra. I'm in my regular orchestra, a chamber orchestra, an ensemble orchestra, and a jazz orchestra, and I'm also taking private lessons. So that's a holy-crap lot of music to practice.
And now I'm way to overwhelmed to focus on anything. I feel like Charlie Gordon, from Flowers for Algernon. At one point, he described himself as "a blind man allowed to see the light" and that's exactly how I feel. I never knew emotions before. Ever. Now that I know love, rejection, jealousy, etc, I know how to feel. And I've been trying to get over that girl, but I just can't! I can't even remember how I went through my life before I became obsessed with her, before I found Advicenators and started asking and ansering questions, before I knew how to love! I want to be normal again! I want to continue life as I previously had! I can't do anything! I'm just blabbering on and on and on, but there's so much to say! AAUGH!!!!!!!! The fact you claim you're 13 seems pretty improbable. If you aren't lying, you're probably the smartest 13 year old to ever ask a question on this site. Congrats to you my friend.
However, the fact that you write too well to be 13 - at least from the concluion I gathered a while ago about 13 year olds and their writing capabilities - totally makes everything I thought about this question crap.

You're both most likely young teens. With that I can tell you the truth. The truth you dont want to hear, but upon hearing it will probably realise as truth.
Your boyfriend most likely has lost interest in you. Teen relationships just dont last. How many people going out have you seen last for a year? A very small percentage. A couple months is the average. He was probably feeling infatutaion, as you most likely are too.
Soon you'll realise this relationship is dying and will go nowhere. It will end and you'll find another guy who breaks up with you a couple months into the relationship.

Heyy .. well i'm kinda new at my school & there is this kid in my history class that sits by me & he always teases me but you can tell that he's just joking around & he always makes sure that he's looking me right in the eye & then he smiles at me.
His locker is right above mine & usually he doesn't talk to me but today after school he was like "come on hurry uppp get your stuff" & he was like kicking my shoes but you could tell he was just kidding. I just started going out with this guy. He knows a ton of people and is always giving like 10 girls hugs left and right everyday. And sometimes he even kisses their heads/foreheads and tells him he loves them. I'm guessing he's just really, really good friends with these girls, but a lot of girls like him and he does this with so many. Is it wrong for me to get mad at him for this? Yesterday was my birthday, and i went over my boyfriend's house. He gave me a card and a braclet that i loved. Everything was going great until we started to get into a little fight about something stupid. I didn't know he would get so upset over it. He acted like everything was fine for the rest of the night. He told me that since i wasn't leaving for a while, he was going to pretend that everything was fine. We've been going out for almost 5 months now, and we broke up a few times during that. We get into the stupidest fights, say mean things to eachother, then come running back to eachother eventually. I hate breaking up, and i always get to upset over it. But i love when we get back together. I really love him more than basically anything. We both go threw stages of breaking up. I know all of his stages, he gets mad then breaks up with me, and then later on he calls acting like a moron saying all of these hateful words and things he doesn't mean. Pretending that he doesn't like me anymore. But then either a few hours, or days later, he calls me and says that he loves me and that hes sorry and stuff like that. Then we tell eachother nice things, and he wants to go back out with me. Right now, i am really upset over this and i was crying alot before. I talk to my mom about everything, she helps me through it all. But sometimes i just like to talk to people and get their advice. I hope everything works out. But i get so attatched to certain people. And it's so hard for me to get over them. So whoever is reading this, please help me with what i should do. Thank you so much.
