Trust the people you are with! that ALWAYS works for me.. like i barly go up wit ppl i dont know!! exspeically that kind of stuff.. start off with cradling for warm ups and then work up to that kind of stuff! it helps!

Okay get a night light.. put a clock a digital one, by yer bed like on a table and try to count to sixty on time wit the clock =P lol or raise yer arms over your head for a while and you'll fall asleep.. haha its weird but it works!!
