my weight i need help, i feel like i am fat.. i am 13 years old and weigh about 140lbs.. all of my friends are skinny and i`m not satisfied with my weight and my appearance.. does anyone have any ways i can loose weight and ways i can loose 10-15 pounds within a month or so?

The way you should lose weight is to eat healthier.Cut down on the junk foods, eat more fruits and vegetables and healthy stuff like that.Also you should excercise!thankz! ]
1. Eat breakfast. If you don't, you'll want to snack later. Eating breakfast gives you energy and speeds up your matabolism. You need to spread your calories out throughout the day.
2. Drink 32 ounces of water in the morning before eating anything. Don't eat anything for half an hour. This will get your metabolism going.
3. When you are about to eat a snack, drink two glasses of water first and wait ten minutes. If you are still hungry, by all means have a snack. Sometimes dehydration is mistaken as hunger when a little water is all you need.
4. Don’t eat sweets such as soda, pastries, pies, cakes, doughnuts, or candy. Also, don’t eat refined sugars, which trigger the release of insulin, which then activates enzymes to promote the passage of fat from the bloodstream into the fat cells.
5.Drink green tea: Green tea is a popular tea from Japan that has numerous health benefits, including weight loss. It’s not 100 percent certain how green tea helps one to lose fat, but it appears to increase the amount of calories the body burns -- not necessarily because of the small amounts of caffeine it contains, but due to a compound abbreviated as EGCG. When purchasing green tea make sure the label states that the green tea used is standardized for caffeine and EGCG.

hey these might help ...take a calendar n on everyday make ur own workout schedule..like different types of excercises n things..dont give up on doing eat n eat smaller portions b.c it makes ur stomache (da organ) get smaller n drink alot of water. and if u kno sum1 wit a pool do alot of laps ..its refreshing n a excercise

Try not eating. Or try doing crank, its a drug it makes your metabolism work fast ]
you can like eat stuff that doesnt make you fat or workout alot ]
