The year I decided to try out for volleyball. Before the tryouts, we had 3 days of practice to get us ready. The 3 practice days are over, and they were pretty rigorous. After every practice, my wrists and legs would hurt for hours. It hurts to walk. Before practice, we run a few laps around the track and run up stairs to warm up. Tryouts are on Tuesday. hey no worries, you only hurt because you aren't used to the workout. i know after i was injured for a couple of months and started playing soccer again, i got really sore. the best thing to do is to put ice on your wrist and a heating pad on your legs. hope i helped ya hun!
