Ok i know this is kinda gross, but i have really bad backne. (acne on my back) I dont know what to! I have to wear this really pretty dress to banquet in May, and its spagetti strap. These dont mix. Does anyone know any easy non painful ways to get rid of it? i rate high!
I used to have acne on my back too and I started taking Natural's Cure for Women pills and I started using the body acne spray from the same name and it helped get rid of my acne. If you use some kind of astrigent such as Seabreeze Astrigent, that will help too. Hope I helped :)

Nope, diet pills aren't safe, especially for a 16 year old. They only work for some people and most of the time, you don't see quick results if you have any health problems (that's what my mom said, since she tried diet pills). Hope I helped :)

I have to agree with xXxpinky615xXx. "Dream Matte Mousse" by Maybelline is great and you will get that glowy look for your face. It's a great foundation and I'm using it right now and I love it. You can buy this at any store such as Target, Walmart, etc. Hope I helped :)

I'm trying to reduce my fat and sugar intake- can anyone suggest some low fat, low sugar foods that are good for you to eat on a regular basis? Also, my friend told me that pasta is fattening. I thought it was just complex carbohydrates- not fat or bad for you. Does anyone know how good pasta is for you?

Pasta is good for you because it has a lot of carbohydrates that will give you energy. You just can't have too much of it, since carbohydrates make you gain weight. Some low fat, low sugar foods are vegetables such as carrots, celery, etc. There are other foods too, but you can just search for other low fat and low sugar foods. Hope I helped :)

You should definitely go to the movies with Steve because you are only going as friends? There is no rule in a relationship stating that you can't go out somewhere with a friend while you are dating someone, right? But if I were, I would talk to your boyfriend about this and tell him that you are only going out as friends and maybe he can come with you and Steve so Steve gets the point that you love your boyfriend and that he will know that you are together. Sweetie, weighing 100 pounds for your height is perfect. You are actually underweight and you don't need to lose any weight. Ignore your friends and family and tell them that you know you aren't fat or overweight and that they need to stop.
