what do i do?
Ok i know this is kinda gross, but i have really bad backne. (acne on my back) I dont know what to! I have to wear this really pretty dress to banquet in May, and its spagetti strap. These dont mix. Does anyone know any easy non painful ways to get rid of it? i rate high!

I used to have acne on my back too and I started taking Natural's Cure for Women pills and I started using the body acne spray from the same name and it helped get rid of my acne. If you use some kind of astrigent such as Seabreeze Astrigent, that will help too. Hope I helped :)

yeah, theres this stuff called pro-active and it works great..when i used it..my pimples went away within a week...its awesome..!

i heard that proactiv works, but i dont know if its only on the face, so i dont no about that. but i do know that sometimes bathing in oatmeal soup works. and being gentle with your skin works a lot. talk to your dermetologist or doctor and see if they have some "backne" cream they can give you.
