Crunches are an abdominal exercise and they are just like sit ups except you put both of your hands behind your head and just lift your torso up and down, while your legs are up. You can burn a CD of his favorite songs or you can buy him a few t-shirts from his favorite stores. If he has any favorite movies, you can buy him a few of them. You can also give a cute card and tell him how much you love him in it and you can give him a gift certificate to the mall. You can also take him out to dinner and then to a movie. I don't think friends would lie about things like that. If they said that "you will get the best part", then they were telling the truth and really thought that you would get the best part. Don't worry about it, once you start doing more plays, your teacher will notice you that you are good and you will get better parts in other plays. It takes time but you just have to wait. These situations are always tough because if you do tell your best friend that you like him, it will make things weirder between you two and it might ruin your friendship with him. Why don't you ask him if there could ever be a possibility of you two going out or him liking you in the future? If he says there could be, then yes, you should tell your best friend how you feel about him. It's all up to you, do want to take a chance and try not to let this interfere with your friendship, or not telling him at all? Think about this. Hope I helped :)

Well, since you have a few months left until you move, I don't think it would be right to ask him out and only go out for a while with this guy. Most long distance relationships never work so I would just keep your feelings to yourself and let them dye away. You can ask him out still, but what's the point of it, if you are moving soon, right? Sweetie, you don't have cancer or an infection. Your period is just irregular and it will stay like that for the next few years. This is definitely normal and it happens to a lot of girls. You just need to calm down, and wait until you get your period. Start marking a calendar so you will know a pattern your period has. But this will change eventually, don't worry. Hope I helped :)

You should definitely stick around and stay friends with him until he's done talking to this girl. Keep on talking with him and once he is done talking with her, start flirting with him. Hey, don't worry, this is a sign that your breasts are starting to grow and develop. This is normal and you don't have cancer! It happens to a lot of girls and the pain will go away. If you haven't gotten your period yet, then you probably are going to get it soon because some girl's nipples hurt before they get their first period, well that's what happened to my friend. When you IM him online, just be like "Hi, what's up?" and the conversation will start from there. Ask him if you had any homework in a certain class. Don't worry, once you start talking to him more, you will feel better and more comfortable talking to him and then you will be able to talk to him more at school. Well...Today was our schools Sweethart Dance and pretty much all my friends had dates,so me and three of my other friends went alone. Well my friends know that I wanted to ask this boy named Brandon to dance. Well one of my friends Kristan decided that she wanted to dance with Brandon. Well, I don't know if he likes you but there is a possibility that he does, since he didn't want to dance with Kristen because it would hurt your feelings. I fell last week and my legs are all cut up and I wanted to wear a skirt on V-day but didnt want my cuts so show. So is there any way to make cuts go away faster?
Vaseline will help heal cuts faster and so does creams like Aloe Vera. You can also buy a scar remover at your local pharamcy too. If you want, you can wear a tannish, skin tone color panty hose. It will hide your cuts and scars. Hope I helped :)

13-M----------------------------------------------Well this may seem....cliched, but one of my best friends wants to sneak into a girls sleepover and see what happens. i want him to keep away from a federal crime, and i asked one of my other firends. she just wouldnt give me a straight answer. This just fueled him even more to go and like climb up the side of the house and look in. It's exactaly like in animal house. So i just want him not to so some just say how normal it actually is then he....actually knowing him it won't stop him at all. so someone just tell what goes on there please.
At a sleep over, girls usually watch movies, talk about gossip and secrets, play games, and just have fun. It's just like a regular sleep over except with more girls. If your friend sneaks to this sleep over, he can get in a lot of trouble because he is invading all the girl's privacy and face a lot of problems with these girls. Sleep overs aren't like the ones back in the days in movies because they aren't true. That is basically what happens at a sleep over. Hope I helped :)

Why don't you call up some of your friends and find out if they are going. If they are, you can ask them to wait for you in the lobby so you can walk into the gym with them and then go sit with your boyfriend. Don't worry about it, no one is going to notice you when you walk in and you shouldn't be nervous. When you see someone you know, call their name and just go sit with them. so im 13/f, 4'9, and 66 lbs. there are rumors (sorry if i spelled that wrong) about me being anorexic, but i am not. i try to ignore/stop them(rumors), but i cant! its getting worse and worse! and no matter WHAT i tell people, they think im a physco anorexic person.
Well, since you've tried ignoring and stopping these rumors and telling people that you aren't anorexic, the only thing you can do is to eat in front of these people so they know that you do eat and aren't anorexic. My friend was in a similar situation as you and she tried telling everyone that she wasn't anorexic and that she had a fast metabolism and that didn't work. She then started to eat in front of people and then they stopped talking about her. These people are probably just jealous that you are a lot skinnier and weigh less than them. As long as you are healthy, you are fine and you should just let these rumors die out by themselves. Hope I helped :)
