I dont mean to be rude but its the truth. Apart from a cardio, you are doing 2 abs workouts and one chest. This means that you will develop those muscles while neglecting the rest (shoulders, back, legs, arms, and so on). Apart from the cosmetic problems with this, it is also not a good idea to train your abs without also trainning your lower back. This is because they are opposing muscles and if the abs are very much stronger than the back it can cause improper posture and potential injury. If you are simply trying to move a bit, then just carry on as you are doing and add a lower back exercise or two. However, if you are trying to actually get a full body workout then the whole plan needs to be revised and you need more exercises. If your goal is to be slim then the same applies (remember doing abs workouts will not help you lose weight any more than any other exercise, and it will not target fat from your belly). I wont say much more at this point, if you want workout help just drop me a question. However I will say one thing, beware the incredibly crap fitness advice on this site. Most people here dont have a clue(and the answers before me are very much an example of this). [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
