when you use photo shop how can you make your pics a cartoon? i've looked through the help pages and all i can find is stuff on how to add texture to an image and that doesn't really help. thanks

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "turn the picture into a cartoon".

just play around with photo shop and try to find it. if that doesn't work download kodak easy share software make it into a cartoon and then delete it if you don't want it on our comp
