What are some good, quick, easy ways to gain self confidence and self esteem? And to be able to be more outgoing?
self esteem isn't gained over night. itz something you have. but the reason i have it is find something your good at, whether it's school, a sport, or if your funny, maybe even video games. then look at urself, find something good. it could be that you don't have terrible acne or your nose is cemetrical, or that your eyes are kool, w/e. next time you are afraid to do something because of what people maty think, rememeber those things and it will help your confidence. remember that if they care enough about you to talk bout ya, they have no life and you are better!

Well my sister for the first time met my boyfriend and then when we were all talking (my sister, my boyfriend, and me) he touched my hand, *not a big deal right?* well to my sister it was so. . . that night my sister went on aim and told him not to touch my hand infront of her my sister is 28 and shes acting WAY over protective!! help please what do i say to her to not make her feel im making my self like "older" then her!!!!!! i'll rate high
calmly sit her down and tell her,"i know you care bout me, but you need to loosen your chain a little. I'm getting older, and i would never do anything stupid you know that." explain if she doesnt loosen up, you won't be able to trust her or tell her stuff anymore becaus you feel she won't understand

Okay, I have been sick for almost a week now, I have really bad diarrhea and I can't keep any food down! Everytime I eat it comes up, I even took three bites of a yogurt and it came up. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor and I am starting to feel weak. i usually get dehydrated really easily and now when i drink it doesnt stay down either. My mom keeps an attitude towards me when i tell her what is going on and she says she cant afford to take me to the doctor, WHAT DO I DO?
you need to sit down and calmly tell your mother, you don't just have the flu, you are seriously sick. you need to tell her that you are dehydrated and beginning to feel extremely weak. (exagerate if u need 2) tell her that a simple dehydration could easily lead to death and other serious illnesses. explain that if you don't see someone, you may die or be internally harmed! just ask her if your life is worht the money. She will most likely brush it off, but dnt let her, tell her it is serious!

My house smells really bad.. like dogs. How do i get the smell to go away? I've tried air fresheners like NeutraAir and Febreeze and Oust but none of them seem to work. Is there an INEXPENSIVE way to get my house clean- and fresh-smelling? I'll rate 5's for everyone who tries 2 answer!
first of all, clean it. i don't mean just picking up, i mean deep down on your knees scrubbing out stains clean. air fresheners are for small, simple smells. basically, you just need to clean and then, use air fresheners. it not easy, but itz the only way...

Ok, I was surfing the net, and I decided to take an IQ test to see how smart i was. Im not bragging or anything, but I already knew that i was smart because i have straight A's in school(im in 8th grade) Well I took two different IQ tests and both of the results told me that I had a genuis IQ. I want to know how i can take a certified IQ test so that i can know for sure. I rate!
look on an online search engine. write in "certified iq test" or w/e. but u may have to pay a small fee.

well, you never should of said it but w/e, thatz the past. you don't want to tell him you lied, then he won't like you. just say you tried sending it but they won't let you send that much money. or, your parents got all hissy and told you that you had to pay for college or took away your money and left you broke. you could even say that your parents found out and wouldn't allow you to send it to a person you have never met. there are alot of excuses, just pick one... i know this isn't the best moral advice but if it solves ur problem i'll be happy!

Your a teenage boy, you are going to have urges! better looking then actually doing am i right? well, if you really want to stop then take away all acess to any of it. then, wear a rubberband, anytime you see it snap yourself with the rubberband... hard! But truthfully, itz not your fault. your body is letting out hormones that give you strong urges. the only thing you can do is avoid it.

Okay.. well there's this girl at school.. and she told EVERYONE i have herpes and that i masterbated in front of everyone and that my boyfriend is only going out with me because i pay for his weed and alcohol *WHICH ISNT TRUE* HE PAYS FOR ME! Last night I did my washing but I was really tired so I just dumped it all in without looking to see what went in. Then when I checked this morning, I had found that I had slipped a fur coat into the mix.

Well I'm not that upset about the coat falling apart (a bit but not much) but now all my other clothes that went in that wash have fur all over them. I have tried shaking them off but they are still covered- what would be the best way to get all the fur off easily?
wi have two dogs and let me tell you, i have that problem with clothes too. If you cannot go to the store, the find duck tape or any other kind of tape... scotch tape probably won't work as well. Stick on your cloths and slowly peel it off, be careful over gentile clothing. The best solution though would be to go to the nearest pet supply store or department store and buy a roll on tape. It is used to take off pet fur, but may solve your problem.

good question, but what you really need to know is do you for sure have a yeast infection. I have had thayt problem also, and it turned out to be a problem with my tampons. So if you have not already, go to a doctor. Don't be embarressed, many woman have them. He should give you medication. It will only get worse if you don't treat it soon.

well, first of all, if your he is your close friend it is a natural feeling for him to be angry when someone hurts you (or rapes you). I don't even know you and i want to kick ur ex's ass.
