My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

so me and this guy are freinds and i really like him a lot and i love hanging out with him when its just me and him, but i dont really know his friends..but i do know that some of his freinds hang out with this group of girls that i have huge problems with..but yeah whats a good way to get to know his freinds? because the only reason im not really pushing to go out with him is becuase im afraid to hang out with his group of freinds witch are mosty guys..but yeah help..i rate high
Have your girl friends and his friends hang out. Go somewhere that all of you would want to go. So just start talking to them and ask them to hang out. And you guys can talk or whatever and you would get to know them better. Have fun.
do you think it would be weird for me to ask my crush to homecommming..like me and him are freinds and all but i dont want to wait around for a guy to ask me..i just want to make sure i get to go with him and have pleanty of time to get a dress and make hair appointments and stuff..or should i just wait for him to ask cause usually guys ask girls so yeah i dont know??
You should wait until there is 2 weeks left until homecomming. If he doesn't ask you then just ask him. If you are nervous he will say no just say wanna go as friends or something and it would be fun. I'm sure he will say yes though. Just calm down and don't worry, you will have a date. Good luck!

I don't think he is getting sick of you at all. He is being nice but you have to understand that sometimes you need a break from one another. Not by breaking up or anything though. Just talk to him and ask him about it. He is your boyfriend and your best friend and you should be able to talk to him about anything. Good luck babe!

Haha, I never feel like changing it and I can never decide on which one so then I don't put any. I deleted all my pictures so I don't have any new pictures of me and how I look like. Just go here and you'll see a picture of me without my sun glasses. Its old so yeah.

For the picture go to Profile settings and you will see where you can put it. For the layout go to Column Settings and then there are 4 options.

Go with eather dark brown or black eyeliner. I don't think you need foundation but if it's a must then use the Maybelline Moose or Covergirl. Always get a shade darker then your natrual skin tone. Eyeshadow-Browns,gilds, shimmer, green & purples are all good colors for brown eyes.
Ok so i like this guy and i dont know if i really want to like him b.c last year at the end of the year i liked him and he liked me but didnt do anything. So i came back to school this year not liking him and then i saw him and just completly melted and fell for him again and it brought back everything from last year. Hmm.. well at first it might be akward but you should start talking to him little by little. In the hall when you see him just be like heyy! How's it going? You and your girl friends should come up to him and his buddies and just start talking. You can talk to him online or whatever. Ask him to hangout. You have to break the okward stage.

Yeah, you should make the first move. Continue talking to him. Ask him to go places and hang out. Talk to him on the phone, online, whatever. Just always keep in touch.

I change mine every 2nd shave. You can change it whenever you think it is getting dull. You can tell when it gets dull.

If you don't know him I think you shoulnd'nt worry about what he says. I know that it might be hard but still. He isn't worth the agravation or the disapoitment at all. He is really immature and shallow and don't listen to him!! Your friends and family and your school work should be most important. Don't let a jerk like him ruin your self-esteem because I'm sure you are pretty no matter what!!
