My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

ok well i have this friend and like we are really close we act like a couple but were not and i find him staringa t me and he like always talks to me wen im talking to someone else and tries to get my attention and i like him to but im scared to tell him bc if he doesnt like me then i'll be embaressed bc ive liked him for 6 years and hes so amazing but i jsut want to make sure he likes me he always asks me stuff we talk alot on aim and stuff and i jsut dont know waht to do any advice??

Flirt with him more and more and see if he notices it. If he flirts back and likes it then he probablly does like you. I think you should (need) tell him because you never know if one day you might be too late and he gets a girl friend. Hearts are broken without words unspoked. Remember that quote because it's true. Even if he doesn't end up liking you I don't think he will be embaressed. I mean he will ALWAYS be your friend no matter what. Just tell him and talk to him about it. But before that, give him hints that you like him.

I'm not that ugly .. I mean I wear nice clothes [A&F, Hollister], I'm not the most popular girl but I'm definitely not ugly. I wear makeup just like every other girl. Tonight at a football game the guy that I like's friend was like "dude shes not that bad" and then said "oh wait yeah she is," and it hurt. All guys seem to be like that. How can I maybe get guys to notice me more, like with my looks?

There really isn't anything you can do to get guys to notice you like that. They are jerks and thats why they do that to you. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with your looks but they just say that to piss you off. You could try a new hair style, a new cut, new make-up. You shouldn't change because of what some jerks say. You should talk to your friends about it and see whats going on and why they keep doing that. Don't let yourself be the outcast and just try to fit it.

It was kinda wrong for you to like him because that girl went out with him. Tell him the truth though. He will understand and it's better for him to know the truth then you lieng to him.

Don't let people push you around. I'm short too and I never get pushed aroud but if I did I woulnd't just let them. Stand up for yourself and just don't let them.

Whatever happened between you and your best friend, you need to fix it. Even though if it's not your fault you need to talk to her and apologize. Maybe your argument or fight or whatever it was wasn't a big deal. Just talk about it and you both need to get over it and move on.

I don't think that you should give up and get over him. It's not worth it. I mean you guys seem to really like each other and just because you guys are drifting apart doesn't mean you can't pull it back. You know what I'm saying though? Like don't let yourself separate and fall apart. Continue talking to him like before & if you don't go out it doesn't mean you can't be really good friends. Hey, my cousin & I were planning on doing something to support victims of Katrina. What could we do? One of my ideas was to collect canned goods all around our plans/neighborhoods - collect money and buy school supplies for the kids - just raise money in general - what could we do? what are some good ideas that you can think of? ty!!

I honestly think that that idea is really good and it's soo nice of you guys!! There wouldn't be anything better though because that's all they really need. I think everyone will want to help out. A break can be a couple of things. You can go out with other people and when you are ready you get back together. You can like each other still and not date other people but get back together when you are ready. So it's just taking a break from dating each other for a little while. You know what I'm saying?? Guys usually do ask the girls but you know how most guys are, they ask at the last minute. Trust me you wil get asked though. Sometimes people don't even have dates. They just go with a group of close friends and that makes it more fun. It just depends. The girls can also ask the guys. There is nothing wrong with that. Have fun at the dance!

Okay well my sister plays on a tournament softball team. I'm good friends with one girl's sister, Amanda. We hang out at all the games and stuff & we have some classes together. I have a big crush on the coach's son, Dave. He's a year older than us and I like him a LOT. He's shy so it's hard to talk to him, although we've talked before. Amanda likes him too. His brother and my brother play football together, too, so my mom and his dad were talking at a practice one day and he brought up that he wishes Dave was more outgoing, you know, go to a movie or a dance with a girl. And he mentioned to my mom that I was pretty, and she said that I have a boyfriend, which I did at the time, but one of the reasons I broke up with him was because I liked Dave more. Anyways, Dave's dad said he pretty much "ruined him" for the time being, when he told him like 5 years ago to just "go out with this one girl to get her off his back" [shed call, follow him to school, etc.] so he hasnt ever really had a girlfriend I guess. Sorry this is so long, but my mom says I pretty much ruined my chances with him, cause his dad's not gonna let him go out with one of us and break the other's heart, you know? What do I do to get him to like me? Oh, and Amanda & I agreed that no matter which one he chooses we'll still def. be friends [no offense to her, but she's not very pretty and she has like really short hair and she's not quite popular, but she's still my friend .. ] How do I get him to possibly like me??

It's good that you guys agreed but if you want him to like you more you have to start talking to him. Whenever he is at the game you and Amanda should go up to him and say hi and you should just get to know him better. Ask him to hang out or go to the movies and stuff. It's no biggy!! Just do it. You'll be happy you did. I think he will like you more once he gets to know you, so take the chance and do whatever you can to get his attention. Be around him a lot and be sweet and it will get his attention. Just talk to him. Remember that. Good luck!!

No it isn't your fault, but she is your best friend and you would do anything for her. It was wrong of her to copy it word for word. I mean she shouldn't of done that but still. You both know not to do it next time. Anyways, you can do nothing about it. I mean you both got in trouble and you both have to take the consiquences. Just tell your friend that you defenetlly didn't mean to get her in trouble but the teacher just found out. I think she should know that you would and will always have her back but just talk to her. Thank you for your ideas.In fact, the highlights remain somewhere in my thoughts. I'm not really so brave to do a great change with my hair. I was blonde 7 years ago ( entirely blonde )and someone told me that blonde hair makes me look older ( and I was only 20) , so now, when I really get "older ",I don't want to put some years more on my age . I think that black is kind of too dark but if you go with golden brown or just brown it would look soo pretty with your green eyes!! If you want it that way though. I mean black would look okay but just go slowly. What I mean by that is dye it lighter and then keep going dark until you get it the way you want it. Then you can get high lights if you want. Never leave the one you love for the one you like. Your friend HAS to learn to accept rejection. You just have to talk to him again about this and seriously, what he does is not right.
