Hurricane Relief
Hey, my cousin & I were planning on doing something to support victims of Katrina. What could we do? One of my ideas was to collect canned goods all around our plans/neighborhoods - collect money and buy school supplies for the kids - just raise money in general - what could we do? what are some good ideas that you can think of? ty!!

Aww that is very sweet of you and that is a wonderful thing to do.
The ideas you have so far are great.
You could also with the money that you raise buy other things that they might need.
From what I heard they have plenty of clothes but they do need things for the babies and kids.
You could get the babies toys.
They will be very grateful to whatever you decide to do because that is support no matter what.

I honestly think that that idea is really good and it's soo nice of you guys!! There wouldn't be anything better though because that's all they really need. I think everyone will want to help out. I mean if you do something really big and expensive it would be harder for people to donate. Just stick with that idea. Good luck with everything.
