My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

do revlon or maybelline eyeliner work better... i need a eyeliner that will stay on throughout the day and wont wear off.. thanks

I have Maybelline and I have been using it for over 6 months. That is the only eyeliner that I found and that actually works good. It stays on more then Revlon, but Revlon makeup is also good.

is their any way to tell when ur bout to start ur period without going to the doctor

Yes, you will get discharge and that is white stuff that will show on your underwear.

do you know where or how to get special fonts for AOL and AIM, like terminal and others? id be really grateful of your help!

No I don't but I know a different way. You might have to know what the font is called before you want to use it.

-Go to Start, and click on Run.

-Type regedit, and cick ok.

-Find where it says HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Click on it and open the file.

-Go down to where it says Software and open that up.

-Find American Online, open it. Then open AOL Instant Messanger. After you open that find Current Version and open that.

-After opening Current Version, find the file where it says Users. When you click there it should list all of your AIM screen names.

-Click on your screen name and then open IM.

-After opening that go to Font Face and there you can type any font you want to use. That is how I get to use Terminal, because it's not one of my regular fonts. You can also choose different colors, but you will need codes for those.

You will usually get discharge. If you don't know what that is, it's just white stuff that will show on your undies. It's not biggy, but thats how you know you might start.

Which one of my screen names? Tragic Glamour 3? I wouldn't be mad if you copied it but just don't make it exactly like mine. You can make it if you want to. You can do something with the word glam,gorgeous,vintage.. Good luck choosing one.

I know these aren;t the best questions to ask, but im not gunna ask anyone else!! There's a guy and his name is Gil. I always thought he liked me, but was never sure! Here are some signs he shows:

I think that is just his way of flirtng. It might be annoying but I do think he likes you. You should flirt back with him if you like him though. He might like you as a friend, and he doesn't even notice that he is flrting with you. But I think he likes you a little more then a friend. Talk to him more and if he gives you more signs then he likes you.

ok well first im 13 and a girl and theres this kid on my bus lets call him john so john sits next to me on the bus in the pm and all and we talk about stuff like we were talking about his family once and his bros and sis and he gives me gum all the time and charges every one for it except me...i cant tell if he likes me or if hes just really nice cuz everyone says he is and if he did like me he might not ask me out right away cause hes kinda shy when it comes to that stuff...so wat do you think?

I think he might have a crush on you. Then again, you never know. He has to give you more signs and hints that he does like you. Him flirting with you is a big one. If he does that a lot, then he does like you. You should get to know him more, and talk to him more often then just on the bus. If you have any classes with him just talk to him. Online, phone. I looked at your profile and I think it's really cute. I don't know where you can get stuff, but I make my own and everyone mostly does. You can ask someone who makes madprofiles to make you fades & such, but if I knew I would tell you. Sorry.

Its not good to wear tampons when you are not on your period. Thats why you need to keep track and wear light pads. Not those normal pads, but they are very thin and small and you wear those just incase. If you keep doing it you could cause tss.

Yes, you can pop your cherry while riding a bike, but that's rare.

& no, if you get fingered you are still a virgin. You are not a virgin if you had sex, and thats it.

how do you get rid of bags or dark circles under your eyes? ive heard of sleeping with your head flat, and something about freezing metal spoons.. does it really work? the spoon thing? and how, when and how often do you do it? thanks ♥

The spoon thing kind of works. You freeze it for about 10 minutes and you do it until they go away. You have to get more sleep so you don't get bags under your eyes but stress could also cause it. Using concelar works and sleeping with your head flat, doesn't work.

What are some good music programs i can download that I can download songs that are free?

Limewire & Ares are the best ones. There is also Kazaa, Bearshare, Winmx but those are really slow and can cause viruses.

I don't think you are bi. Why is everyone worrying about it? I mean you were drunk and you were doing it for show. If you would like to date girls and guys then you are bi, but if you like guys way more then girls and wouldn't date then then you're not. Even if you are, it's not a big deal anyways. But I don't think you are and those people at your school are being really lame because they obviously don't know the whole story.

how can i prevent my eyeshadow from creasing by the end of the day?

I have a little trick for that. When you are putting foundation and powder on always put it on your eyes. Before applying eyeshadow use just a little of lotion. The best lotion you could use is Nivia because its so thick and it works really good. After you put the lotion on put the eyeshadow. Sometimes it depends on what kind of eyeshadow you are using. Make sure its a good brand so it stays on longer. You should always re-touch your makeup to keep it fresh.

Me & my friends are planning to be hookers or something because we never dress like that and it's just something that no one would expect us to do. You could dress up as a cop,french maid, nurse, goth, cheerleader. Things like that are always fun and crazy. Have fun!
