ok well first im 13 and a girl and theres this kid on my bus lets call him john so john sits next to me on the bus in the pm and all and we talk about stuff like we were talking about his family once and his bros and sis and he gives me gum all the time and charges every one for it except me...i cant tell if he likes me or if hes just really nice cuz everyone says he is and if he did like me he might not ask me out right away cause hes kinda shy when it comes to that stuff...so wat do you think?

It's hard saying, he may just consider you as a really good friend. The best thing to do is just to give it time. If he is shy he'll eventually build up his confidence to ask you out, or maybe one day you could just casually ask him what he thinks of you, see if you can get anything out of him.

I think he might have a crush on you. Then again, you never know. He has to give you more signs and hints that he does like you. Him flirting with you is a big one. If he does that a lot, then he does like you. You should get to know him more, and talk to him more often then just on the bus. If you have any classes with him just talk to him. Online, phone. Okay THERESTHISBOY he does have a thing for you.wether it's him just being nice, he's nicer to you than others. I say go for it I've learned the hard way that if you wait too long someone else will take him.
