Okay, so I'm trying out out for soccer next year. They have a workout to follow, and on every block it says Warm up/Stretch. What are some good Warms up and stretches I could do?

Jog for about 7 minutes. Or you can do two laps around the field with a ball. We did that when I was still on modified. After you're done, stretch out all the parts of your body, especially legs.

After I go swimming my hair is just a mess. Its past my shoulders and naturally wavy. After I go swimming, my friends and I usually meet up with people and go out so I'm always going out and my hair looks terrible. I have side bangs, so they curl up and look funny as well, so just putting my hair up in a ponytail never works.

Does anyone know any products or tricks I can use to somehow make my hair look presentable after swimming in a pool without washing my hair first? Thank you [:

When you get out of the pool, brush your hair so that it isn't extremely tangly, and then put your hair up into a bun. Make sure that the bun isn't super loose. When you're getting ready to go out, take down your hair. Use bobby pins to pin back your bangs so that they don't look crazy, or use a headband. If you want, when your hair is still wet, put some gel in it so that it holds the waves a little better.

I agree with the person below me, I'd just stick to making out. You're having fun without taking any serious risks of diseases/pregnancy. If you go further, sometimes guys think that you'll do that again later, or that you'll want to do more eventually, unless you want to, then it's up to you. Just a personal opinion. :)

It depends what state you live in. I like in New York and honestly, I don't even know what my tax is I think it's like 8%. I don't want to sound stupid, but I really don't know what it is. hahah

But for your state, just do this

$285.00
times (x) your tax in a decimal
so if my tax is 8%, I would multiply it by .08

then the total is $22.80


So that is the amount of tax. To figure out the total I would just add $285 to $22.80

A virgin is a person who has had sexual intercourse before. A vagina in the female part where the penis goes into (idk, lol).
When men get a blowjob/handjob, they're still virgins, because they didn't have sexual intercouse. Sexual intercourse is basically penetration of the penis into the vagina (or butt if you're gay)
If you're gay or lesbian, you can be a virgin or you maybe you aren't, just like if you were straight. If a gay person or a lesbian person were to have sex, then they wouldn't be a virgin. This goes the same for a straight person. Sexual orientation doesn't make you a virgin or not.

Don't change the way you look! You're super pretty. You shouldn't even let it bother you. Your boyfriends friend's opinion shouldn't make you want to change the way you look. Is he single?
