They probably don't mean it the way that it says in urban dictionary. They just mean... I don't know how to explain it. Nothing too bad though. Especially if it's your friends saying it.
I guess it's one of those kidding around ways. Like how people say "hey loser". They don't actually mean it, just jokingly.
