Soccer Stretches Okay, so I'm trying out out for soccer next year. They have a workout to follow, and on every block it says Warm up/Stretch. What are some good Warms up and stretches I could do?

Jog for about 7 minutes. Or you can do two laps around the field with a ball. We did that when I was still on modified. After you're done, stretch out all the parts of your body, especially legs. ]

any like bend and touch
your toes. any stretches
arm stretches leg stretches.
and warm up you could juggle.
