quick bikini body?!? ok, so tomorrow i'm going to a beach with my school. i'm already somewhat in shape, but i need tips to make me look more toned during the day. what foods should i avoid, what foods should i eat that won't make my stomach get bigger throughout the day? what kind of quick workout could i do tomorrow morning?

I read this is a magazine, I think it was Seventeen? Do crunches every 1/2 hour before you leave. Don't eat any salt or high carb foods. Drink plenty of water. ]
Definately stay away from bread, soda, salt, and junk food. Just eat healthy and eat small meals through the day while you're there. Drink a TON of water so you don't get dehydrated! Don't work out in the morning because after you work out it makes you bloated. Just stick to healthy foods through the day. ]
It might be too late to tell you to do some crunches, but they can help a lot. Foods to avoid are definitely soda. ]
