Okay.. here's what I'd do. If you're serious about the guy and he asks you, you should tell him the truth about what he asks about. If he's just some guy who wants to mess around, you don't have to tell him anything you don't want to. If he just wants to know if you're a virgin or not... a simple yes or no answer should suffice. You shouldn't feel pressured into discussing anything you don't want to.

hey i have my foral coming up.. well in march lol hehe but my friend and me have been looking at dresses but i can't find anything to really look good on my figure im size 30C on the bust with size 8-10 on the hips, i have a flat tummy. but i just cant find a perfect dress that makes everything look in shape lol any ideas of styles i could look at, thanks a bunge huni's! xXx (link)

If you're looking in the juniors department for dresses, that could be part of your problem. A lot of those dresses are made to figt girls who have no butt and no chest at all. Try looking in the misses department... You kind of have to sift through the things there because some of it looks like old lady stuff, but there are some really nice things too. :) hope I helped...

There really isn't any magic cure to get rid of one.. you just have to wait until it goes away. If it's not very dark, she can put some foundation on it to make it less noticable.... if you keep your hair in front of it, no one will even know it's there. Turtlenecks are another good way to hide a hickey, but if it's as warm where you're at as it is here.. that's pretty much out.

Hey. I'm glad you liked my advice.
What I reccomend to do is for you and your friend to spend a few days, maybe a week, not hanging out with each other. That should give you time to cool off a little bit and think about things. If you guys decide to stop being friends after that, at least it'll decrease the chance of it happening on bad terms.

You're only 13, so I doubt you're actually in love with him. Liking him a lot and loving him are two totally different things. He probably turned you down because he thinks he's too old for you, or he doesn't feel comfortable dating his friend's little sister, or something to that affect. Both are valid reasons, in my opinion. You should just try to get over this guy. If he doesn't want to date you now, he probably won't be too keen on the idea of it in the future. Try dating someone a little younger.

Today my mom told me to clean the house and that means clean the everyroom. SO i went to clean the bathroom and i cleaned the shower sink and when i went to clean the toleit surprise surprise. There was a meduim sized brown (like a brownie colord) stinky poopie floating on the top of the water. I hit the flushed but it wouldnt work. HOW DO I GET THE DOO DOO OUT??? (oh yea i cant ask my parents there not home...there out together *wink*wink*)!!!

No, but seriously... try putting something else in the toilet with it. Some toilet paper or something like that. Or maybe use a plunger... I'd try the toilet paper before I touched a dirty old plunger, though.

What you have on your face isn't actually babyfat. You lose the babyfat on your face once you've stopped taking a bottle for a few months. It's actually not even fat at all, most of it. It's cheek muscles that you've built up from sucking on bottles all day long. There aren't any specail exercises for your face alone. The only way to lose face fat is to lose wieght from the rest of your body as well.

Okay today in school i was walking down the hall and my crush dropped his pencile so i thought it would be nice to pick it up for him. So when i bent down to pick the pencil up. TOOT!!!!!!! A huge wet stinky fart went right in his face! It was so loud kids thought it was the fire alarm. Some kids stayed in the halls knowing it was me and other walked out like it was a real fire!! I was so embaressed!! WhAT SHOULD I DO?????? (oh yea i heard him talking and saying i was a fat pig with uncontrolable tooties) And now when i walk down the halls kids chant "beans beans there good for ur heart the mnore you eat the more you fart!"

I can totally understand why you're embarassed... I can honestly say that's never happened to me, but people talk crap about me all the time. You've just got to ignore the rumors that people are talking about. Rumors come and go, and I bet next week some other thing is going to be the center of everyone's attention. Just roll with the punches.. when people start chanting at you, just go along with it like it's a joke. If they see that you're okay with laughing at yourself, it'll take a lot of the fun out of teasing you. It's not like you're the first person in the world to pass gas. Everyone does it, it's a natural part of life, so don't let their comments get to you. They fart too.

If you haven't had sex, you should be getting it soon. It's perfectly normal for you to not have a perfect 28 day cycle this early on. Most women don't have a regular cycle until they're in their 20's. You should get your period fairly soon since you're already a week late. If you don't, you should go see a gynecologist because it could be a sign of something wrong. I used to get mine one month but not the next month when I first started mine and I wasn't having sex. You've got nothing to worry about. (Sorry.. that might have been TMI)

i have really thick hair, and i can never put it down, its always in a ponytail or braids, and i never really have the time to straigten my hair , and im sporty anways, so i dont straighten my hair unless i go to a salon. and i dont wear make up either. any tips for different hairstyles for thick hair? or if you have thick hair too, any suggestions? thank you! I have thick hair too, and whenever I go to the salon, they thin it out with a razor. I cut it a few inches below shoulder lenghth and have some long layers in it. I've got so much hair that if they didn't thin it out, it would be too thick to lay down flat. They don't do that with an electric razon. Just a little handheld blade that takes away some of the thickness. It might feel like they're trying to yank your hair off, so if you're tender headed, grin and bear it. It's always worth it afterwards.

You should try one of those all in one sets. I think Almay makes them. It's eyeshadow, liner, and mascara that they sell in a set. Each set is different, and there are different colors in each of them.. it's based on your eye color. If you want a foundation, you should go to the store and look at all the different bottles to see what each one has in it. Some are oil free, some are powder, some are liquid, etc. When you go to pick out a shade, match the color in the bottle with the color on the underside of your wrist. That's the skin that's the closest to the same color as your face.

My older sister is 17 (Im about to turn 14 in a few days) and today I was hanging out with her in her room while she was looking through her drawers for a pair of shorts. I saw something that looked like a condom wrapper but she covered it up so quickly, i thought i must have seen it wrong because my sister told me shes a virgin. Well, when she left the house, I snooped & turns out .. it was condoms, a few of them. And about 3 were un opened. Im MAD. She lied to me. And shes told me repeatedly how she wants to save herself until marriage. I dont know what to do, do i tell anyone? Im afraid she'll get an STD, or pregnant. But I cant talk to HER. You must realize by now that you shouldn't have snooped, but you should also realize that sex is a very personal choice to everyone. She probably felt that you wouldn't understand if she talked about sex with you. And more importantly, the reason she told you she was a virgin when she wasn't could be becasue she doesn't want you thinking you should just go jump in bed with someone just because she did. Maybe I'm way off on this one, but maybe she lied out of caring. I think you should just pretend that none of this happened. It's not like she'll take kindly to the news that you've been snooping in her personal things.... If she's using condoms at least she's smart enough to use protection in the first place. They aren't 100% effective, but they do help prevent STD's and unwanted pregnancys when they're used correctly.

I had the same problem with my ex boyfriend. All you have to do is hang up immediatly when you realize it's him on the phone. Don't get mad and say rude things to him, or whatever. Just hang up. If he keeps it up for more than a couple of weeks, you might want to think about talking to the police about it. I know that sounds drastic, but if they went over to his house and scared him a little bit, I bet he'd think twice about harassing you again.

You shouldn't use any kind of hair removal technique on your arms. It just grows back thicker and darker, which is much worse that whatever it is you've got going on now.

Yeah, she's asking you to sit with her again. There's no hidden meaning in what she's saying or anything... just that she wants you to come to Subway with her. It's probably her way of asking you to come sit with her again without actually saying it.

There's no need to be melodramatic about it. Everyone hates high school when they first start it. There are some places that allow you to take classes on the internet, but they're ususally not for high school kids. Homeschooled kids ususally do more work that kids that go to regular school and they don't get to slack off just because they go to school at home. It just means that you don't go to school with your peers anymore. It's probably in your best intrest to keep going to school like you are now. You sound like you're just mad because school isn't perfect and just need some venting time.

Yeah, you started your period. Sometimes when you start your period, all you see is the reddish brown discharge. It's sometimes very light when it first starts out and then gets heavier as the cycle progresses.

I think the best way to do it is to ask your mom if she can get you a box of tampons/pads the next time she's at the store. That's a little more discreet than running in the room shouting "Mom, I got my period!". Your mom was your age once, so she knows how embarassing it is to talk to your parents about personal issues. She's probably a little apprehensive about talking to you about it too. Look at it this way, once you talk to her about it, you'll never have to do it again for as long as you live. You might as well just get it done now and avoid worrying about it.

My mom makes me wear the dumbest clothes! It's so annoying. She's Chinese, and she grew up in a society you get one pair of pants a year. I'm 13, but the kind of clothes I have to wear are like for a ten-year-old! I hate it! Stuff like pink and white striped T shirts and rose-printed shorts and stuff she thinks that are "cute" and "what kids should wear." I H-A-T-E pastels!

You should try to strike a compromise with your mom. Like, if you can get the pair of jeans you like and the shirt that she likes, each of you could win. She's from another country, and they probably didn't get the kind of options in clothing that you get. She's probably just trying to make sure that her daughter is dressed nicely. I agree with the person before me who mentioned something about talking about clothes in a mature way with your mom. If you throw a temper tantrum in the store, she's never going to respect your thoughts about clothing because she'll think that you're just trying to undermine her authority as a parent. My mom is sort of the same way about clothes. She's ultra conservative and doesn't like things like low cut shirts and low waisted jeans, so I buy those kind of things with the money that I earn myself. The clothes that my mom buys for me are things that we can both somewhat agree upon, but aren't too old lady-ish or too conservative for a 16 year old. Try doing some chores around the house to earn money and see if your mom will let you spend the money on some clothes that reflect your style a little bit better than the things she picks out. Since you like tye dye shirts, you guys could make tye dye shirts together. It's not hard to do at home at all. All you do is buy some white shirts, a package of dye, and some regular rubber bands. There should be directions on the dye, and you can do that part in the wash machine. Take the rubber bands and put them around the shirt to make a pattern with ring-looking things. I did this once.. it was really fun.

What you SHOULDN'T do is pierce your tounge at home in the bathroom. Unless your bathroom is a professional piercing shop, this is a stupid idea. You risk your tounge becoming infected due to dirty equiptment. Even if you wash the needle, burn it with a Bic lighter, and wipe it down with rubbing alcohol; that doesn't mean that all the germs are gone. What you need to do is go to a liscensed and professional piercing artist who sterilizes their equiptment with an autoclave. This is the machine that they use to sterilize surgical equiptment in hospitals, so you know it'll be sterile when it's used on you. Make sure you pick a reputible place and make sure that you discuss what you want done with the person who will be preforming the piercing. They're trained professionals who have seen it all, and they'll know what to do in case of a unique situation.
