hi im 16/f & i have mild ocd. i wouldn't say its too extreme. i have to count things, touch things a certain number of times, do rituals, fix things, etc. i'm not sure what to do exactly. my parents offered taking me to a doctor but i don't think they'd understand. i'm really not that bad, but idk i have to do certain rituals, the same every day. i feel anxious of i don't do them or worried that something will go wrong. does anyone have OCD or know anything about the doctors?? i just want extra information & what they did or just good suggestions/ideas.

You should deff. go to a doctor. My junior year i did my paper of OCD and any case of OCD can get alot worse. You want to treat it before it gets uncontrollable.
The doctors will
example: Say you have to touch the right corner of a desk 10 times before you can leave a room or you feel wierd. The doctor will put a desk in a room and he will not let you touch the desk.
I know it sounds like something that you have no interest in doing because hes not going to let you do what you want to do but it will make you feel alot better.

I recently got a photo contract with playboy magazine. they wanted me to be nude... with nothing on... and nothing covering me. i acceptedd... because i need the money. i told them i was 20. but i have a secret. i am only 13 =). i have DD boobs... and quite a large downstairs. do you think i will get in trouble with like the law if they find out im 13. helpp=[

Playboy magazine would be done faster then you could guess if they take pictures of a nude 13 year old. Its called child pronography. Why would you lie. On July 24, I had a procedure where I was put to sleep for over 5 hours. Since then, I have not had my period. I am now about two weeks late. I am a virgin so there is no way I could be pregnant. Does anyone know if this could be a side effect of anesthesia?

According to the side effects on that website there is nothing stating that you might miss a period. Every girl can miss a period tho and yo period may just be irregular. I would wait and see if you start it and if you miss next months period then maybe you should see your family doctor but till then i think you should be fine.

i read up on it And it sounds like it could be Trichotillomania. but im not a doctor and i can't tell you exactly what is wrong with you. I would go to your family doctor from there he will probly send you to a therapist.

I have very low self esteem and I dont like being around people because of my figure...
im about 5'7''-5'8'', and a little under 150 lbs. I dont think I am "ugly" but im not skinny at all. My first day of school is in like 20 days, and I wanna look a little better if possible. I dont want to like crash diet, but I do wanna work out and stuff. I need some ideas on how to tone up my body, please and thank you.
You probly wont see a huge difference in 20 days but you shouldnt stop exercises after you start school either. You shoould start out with running, lunges, pushups, situps, and mountain climbers. Those exercises will help tone your body.
Also watch what you eat and drink.
no junk foods. especiallly candy and sodas.

what does it mean when someone says you're blind? (not literally, obviously) they think they're so wise and stuff and when you ask them what they mean they say "you'll know later"
well when i say that to someone or someone says that to me. You are usually looking for something for a while then you eventually give up. And you will tell the person you cant find it. they will walk over and the thing you were looking for would be right where you were looking. Then they will usually say your so blind. I dont understand why they would say "you'll know later".
there may be another meaning to this.

did/does anyone work at wet seal? if so, how is it? do they hire new people to the job scene?
i have never worked there So i cant tell you how fun/bad/boring working there is. Bust im sure they do hire people that are new to the job scene because alot of adults dont really shop at stores like that. My cousin is seventeen and got her first job at aeropostle. So i think if they would need someone they would deff hire teenagers.

ugh theres something wrong with my printer. if i try to print something, it works normally, but nothing comes out on the paper. and there is deff ink because i checked the ink levels and they're new cartridges. idk whats going on. aah its so annoying. does anyone know whats going on, and how i can fix it? thanks
Well this kind of made me laugh. sorry. But if you just put the ink cartridge in maybe you forgot to take off the tape that is around the ink catridge. I bet that is it. if not then take the cartridges back to where you bought them and trade them in for new ones.

Its just like a regular bra but the Cups have a pouch of water. The point of the bra is to make you look bigger.

The only part of your body that will be in your picture will be your face.
So you wear whatever you would like and it wont be the picture.
If the state you live in happens to take body shoots for some reason wear jeans and a shirt Nothing to fancy.

Ok, well as most of you know theres an ROTC progam at school. Can anyone explain to me what its about? Thanks soo much!!
it stands for Navy junior reserves officer training corps. The class is a four year long course. But you dont have to stay in if you dont like it.
Basically in the class you will learn alot about the bracnhes of military. navy, marines, army, coast guard, airforce. You will have quite a view guest speakers from each branch. Through out the year you will have comptitions with the other Rotc groups from all the different schools around that state. Not every school but around like 15-20 schoools. at the compitions your pretty much doing alot of running, push ups, situps, color guard, drill team, armed drill team, and alot more activities. Going to compition is not required unless your teacher requires it. Joining an after school team is not required either but is recommened. I did color guard and its alot of fun. One day a week everyone in Rotc wears their military uniform. The uniform is givin to you with nothing to pay unless you lose it. And while your in the uniform you will get inspected.
Also theres alot of marching that you will be learning. Its alot of work but also alott of fun.
Through out the year you will have chances to earn ribbons. Ribbons are colored bars the you willl wear on your uniform. You them for gettting so many commuinty services hours or joining a team & going to so many compotitions and so many more things.
toward the end of the year around march your rotc group should have a milliltary ball. Its a dance kind of like prom. You dress up. When you first get there you eat and they do a long speech and introduce alot of people. Then you have like 3-4 hours of dancing.

I was in the shower today I noticed a small ball, very tiny, a bit smaller then a pea on the egde of my vagina. Its under the skin, but when I push on it I can feel the tiny ball. I don't know what to do. My camera slipped out of my hands. And obviously the lens broke.
My dad will kill me and yell at me. Because it was $300. He's going to make me feel like an worthless idiot who isn't responsible for a stupid little camera.
I've had the camera for like a year it was one little accident.

Should I try to get money and buy a new one?

You need to tell your dad. Yes he will probly yell && scream && give you the "your not responsible lecture" But the yelling youll get for just telling him will be alot but if he finds out that youve been hiding it for a while he will yell && scream ten times more.
Tell him that it was a accident & tell him that you will work to pay to get it fixed. Either in the form of money or even chores around the house.
If you have the users manual or the paperwork that came with the camera. You may have a warranty on the camera && it still may be in taxt since you have only had the camera for a year. I would see if you do. if so they may be able to fix the lense. No it wont be free but its better then buying a brand new camera.

i really need to find a job and i was wondering what kind of places could i work at? can i just look up places like markets and try calling to ask if they are hiring? lets say i want to work at Stop n Shop..will they ask me what i would like to do or do they tell me what i have to do? if i work there i just want to do baging can i tell them that cuz im horrible with math and money?when getting paid is it the minimum wage? i live in massachusetts and i'm 16 ..please help! thanks!
theres not to many places you can work at when your 16. But here is a few that i KNOW hire at 16.

Some of these store you probly never heard of. Pretty much any grocery store && fast food hire at 16. & cvs will hire you at 16.
When you apply at a place the application will ask you what you want to be doing. If the call you for an interview they usually have a position for you. Most likely if you start at a grocery store you will be a bagger But thats so boring & you may think you want to do it but youll get tired of it. If you apply at fast food you may be working different positions everyday. im not sure tho. If you apply at cvs or any drug store. You will a cashier plus everything else as in cleaning the store && so on.
Being a cashier is not hard what so ever. If you can work a computer you can work a cash register. Its that simple. && with the whole money thing. If you can count change your fine. You don't actually deal with moneyy. you never count draws that the managers jobb.
Different jobs pay you different amounts. I know at fast food you start out getting mininmum wage. Which in maine is 625 or 650. Grocery stores pay a little higher. I work at cvs && i get paid 7 dollars a hour. So honestly it differs from the type of job && the place.
