I'm not going to go in-depth with this since you've already gotten a bunch of answers, but try using navy blue eyeliner (Or eyeshadow, I've never tried it, but you might as well test it out). It makes the whites of your eye look brighter, which causes a nice contrast and brings out the brown in your iris.

okay you should start off by applying black eyeliner to your top eye lid .. as for eye shadow you should stick with purples and pinks pretty much colors in that region also it can depend on what color shirt your wearing that can bring out your eyes -- i also got this info about eye make-up online
1. Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim. (Image 1)
2. Blend eyeliner with a cotton swab rather than leaving it as a harsh line.
3. Avoid drawing eyeliner on the inner corner of the lower lid; instead, start the line at the beginning of eyelash growth or even closer to the middle of the eye.
4. Use a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye. (Image 2)
5. Consider wearing false eyelashes to give your eyes a more wide-eyed, innocent look. Be sure to use natural-looking eyelashes.
6. Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara to give you the same effect as false eyelashes. (Image 3)
7. Try a black mascara if brown does not bring out your eyes enough.

There are tons of colors that go great with people who have brown eyes. I myself have brown eyes and I've been trying different colors of eye shadows, just to see which ones look best. If you put on black eyeliner on the top lid of your eyes, that will make your eyes pop, extremely. Also, pinks, purples, greens, browns, silvers and golds are great for people with brown eyes. ♥

The two best eye shadows for brown eyes are purple and light-ish, pastel pink. Pink will make your eyes stand out in a conservative sense. But, purple will make them really pop. If you want them more intense, go with a grape color. And like that other girl said gold is good too. But, silver will hide your eye color.

They have special colors for every color of
eyes. Its called "Intense i-Color"
