My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

okay so there's this boy that i really like and that i can't get out of my head...he soo cute & unlike all the other guys he's really nice.Were friends and we talk a little bit but i'm to shy to talk to him more & i don't know if he likes me... what do i do?

You have to push yourself to talk to him. It won't do you any good if you don't. Make yourself talk to him!! If you are just yourself and be very outgoing I think that you might have a chance with him. Guys like when girls are just outgoing and not shy to talk. Talking is nothing. I'm glad you can do that because some girls are scared to even say hi!! Anyways, push yourself and I'm sure he will start to see more of your personality and start to like you.

mkay lol i want to take a "break" with my bf while he is in california till like january. I want to tell him I want to take a break with him, I'm just not sure how to say it, and do you know any excuses i can say to him like why I want to take a break with him because the real reason is because I like this other boy and I don't want to cheat of him or anything, yeah sorry if it's confusing ♥ thank-you.

I'm sorry, but I don't know any exuses and if you like or love your boyfriend you shouldn't be lieng to him because chances are he will find out. Just tell him that you want to take a break until he comes back. If he asks why, say I don't want you to cheat on me if you mean another girl or start to like her a little bit. It's your decision and you can do whatever you want.

ahh! i need major help! =( my friend ashley acts really slutty. shes my best friend though, and i dont act like her but shes a flirt and its terrible! i try to stop it but its so hard. i called her earlier today and she was smoking (for the first time). i just know she was! she wouldnt admit it because she knows i cant stand it but i could tell. (details are too long but i am posetive) im soo scared for her. were 14 year old female freshmen by the way. but anyway, im going fucking insane! because my moms best friend was just like ashley only her name was lori and she was really mean to my mom. ashley isnt mean to me but she has a bad rep and all that. so lori started getting into all the same stuff ashleys getting into around the same ages and yeah. my mom ditched her right when she could tell that she was a loser because she didnt wanna end up like lori. so time went on and lori was smoking, having sex and everything. well, lori got aids and she died. i am so scared for ashley now because all the stories that my mom tells me about lori are extremely similar to the ones about ashley. now i dont wanna over-react, but i have to do something! because if by a small chance she were to die, i would have to live knowing that i could have stopped it. i have no one to talk to. i cant tell my parents, cause they would never let me hangout with her again. no siblings and guidance counselor would tell her parents making me the wimp. maybe i should just talk to her but shes so hard to talk to cuz shes like so dense and is always sure that shes right and she just says over and over again no you dont understand and it goes on and on and on.. im sorry for making this so long, but you were seriously my only hope to figure out what to do. oh yeah she always hangs out w/ like bmx guys and they smoke and i cant fucking stand it! please help me! i dont know what to do! im seriously breaking down here =(

Oh wow!! I don't think that you are being selfish or anything at all. If Ashley read this question, she would know how much you care about her!! I don't think you are being selfish and don't apologize for this being long.

Have you ever thought about what she might be going through? When I was going through hard things and I guess I was depressed you can say, I would want to smoke. She is probablly going through something. If not, she is being stupid. She doesn't relize that she is waisting her life and throwing it away. Drugs, sex? She doesn't need it. Ashley is hanging out with the wrong people, and she obviously forgot who her real friend is. Look, you need to talk to her. Not just tell her that she is acting slutty and that she changed. But have a serious talk with her. Ask her to come over or something and tell her everything you told me. If she gets mad at some of the things tell her that you aren't trying to make her mad or hurt her, but that she is your best friend and you don't want anything bad to happen to her at all! When we are teenagers, it's hard for us to know what is best for us. No one really knows but our parent's and when you talk to her she might think a little weird and that is normal. Ok. I like this boy ... and another girl likes him too! and he likes her too! I cant stand it! I get sooooo jealous, and even cry ... i dont know why! I like him soo much, and she does too! Ah, this is kind of a difficult situation. You can't make someone like you no matter how hard you try to impress them. Maybe he doesn't want to like anyone else but her. Do you talk to him and does he know who you are? If not, you need to talk to him more and ask him to hang out so he can get to know you better. Being jelous is completly normal but it's really not her fault that he likes her. If you talk to this guy a lot and let him get to know you better then he might start liking you. Just don't do anything mean.

Ok. I am SUPER UNORGANIZED in school, my locker is a total WRECK, my school-work is EVERYWHERE, my backpack has other papers crumpled that I dont need anymore, AND I LOSE LIKE EVERYTHING! Please help me! Do you have ANY ideas on how I can get organized, and not lose anything!? Im so sad ... it gets SO stressing , and I try SOOO hard to keep up with organization .. Can you give me some good ideas!? I need MAJOR help! Thanks!

Do you have a binder or some folders?? If not, get a binder and get dividers. There you can put all of your papers for that subject. I think that folders are much easier. You should get one for every subject that you need. When you have time, take all of your papers and put them in piles. Put one for all trash, and then organize them for the subjects. After you have put them in folders. Clean out your bookbag and throw away unneeded papers. The reason why you are unorganized is because you're being lazy. You don't really care. You need to want to be organized. Just keep everything clean.

ok i kind of have a couple things...

1. this might sound stuck up or bitchy but im not trying to sound like this. well i feel like whenever one of my friends like a guy the guy likes me (i dont know why i dont think im pretty or anything & im not trying to brag). & i feel bad because my friends are like crazy over them, it happened around 4 times... i just dont want to hurt my friends because i dont like the guys at all, im just friends with them.

2. sometimes i feel like a big flirt. like i kinda told this guy i liked him a little, & i did but now i dont anymore & were really good friends (i wouldnt be able to have anything with him bc my friend likes him) - so he though i liked him & wanted to like makeout & stuff but i dont. & at a party i was like siting by him & on his lap & kinda flirting with smiles & like stuff like that & all. and i kinda feel bad , i dont really know what to do.

3. at the party (the one up there), me & my friends decided that if guys can show there boxers then chicks can show there thongs - do you think thats sluty, because alot of the girls in our grade our prude& think were sluts & whores - but we;ve only made out & crap. but there all jerks.

1- I know you aren't trying to hurt their feelings or make them feel bad, but why would you. If they like you, they like you. All girls don't think they are pretty, and I'm sure you are. He might really love your personality. Your friends should understand that it's not up to you to decide if someone likes you. But don't feel bad at all!

2- Being a flirt is nothing big!!! Some girls feel okward when they are or something, but I am and I can't help it. It's just part of my personality. Just do not feel bad!! Maybe you shouldn't of sat on his lap when you know your friend likes him. You need to tell him that you only like him as a friend or else he will keep thinking that you like him, which isn't good.

3- No, I don't think that is slutty. People obviously do not know what a slut it. It's just a stero type, but people will always be like that. At school, me & my friends asked the guys to show us their stomachs and stuff but that doesn't mean we're sluts. Those girls need to grow up and you shouldn't be worrying about them. They're jelous.

Okay so.. theres this guy ... and i went out with him for about a year. we got into a huge fight and broke up in like july. we havent talked to each other or anything since then. he blocked me and everything. on saturday my brother had football ( his brother plays on the team too) and he was there. he kept staring at me .. walking over by me and like other stuff. we hung out for like 2 hours & it was alot of fun. we both pretty much started to fall back in love with each other. but theres a problem.. hes grounded till like after christmas. so i cant see or talk to him till then! i dont know what i should do because i cant stop thinking about him! please help.. should i like not worry about him and move on..?

If you really loved him, you'd wait until he got ungrounded. You can see him whenever you get the chance. There is no need to just get over him because you will regret that. Just wait for him if you really love him & it will be fine.

16/m. You've probably heard this topic before, and might even be sick of it, but I am curious to know what any and all of you think a 'nice guy' is. Is he a pushover? or is he the one who will lend a should to cry on? I want to know what you personally think a nice guy is, what qualities and personality traits would follow him, if you would want to have a nice guy as a boyfriend, and should there be more of them. Sorry it's a long question, but because too many people have so many different views on what exactly a nice guy is; I think this will offer everyone a chance to see things from a different perspective - nobody is right or wrong in this one. My definiton of a nice guy- someone who is really not afraid to show that he cares for you & who is always there to listen and talk to you about anything.

I don't like when guys try too hard to be the "perfect" boyfriend and try being extra sweet. Girls notice that right away, and it's a turn off.

A nice guy doesn't have to be gorgeous or anything, but I love when they have a kick ass personality. Outgoing, fun, good sence of humor. Those things. Also someone who doesn't like or cheat =D

I usually go for the nice guys & I certanly would date one. I hate the "bad boys". I honastly don't even know what they are trying to be. But anyways, being the nice guy is all a girl could want.

Hey I'm a guy and was just wondering about something...
I know its normal and not exactly their fault and everything, but when a girl goes through monthly stuff, what are we, the guys, supposed to do. I really don't mind it, but sometimes I feel like I need to help out my g/f with whatever the problem may be...but I can't. Should I just be there to talk and listen? Girls are very moody on their periods. We tend to PMS a lot. Anyways.

I think it's really sweet how you want to help her out, but this time of the month you really can't.

When she is bitching and complaining, listen to her & do not argue and let her be right.

If she needs to talk to, talk to her. Tell her she is beautiful and actually mean it. Be really sweet when she says I'm not in the mood, just don't say anything.

If she says leave me alone, do it. She doesn't mean it in that way but it's part of the process.

Never leave the one you love for the one you like. Why don't you think she loves you? What would give you that idea. Sometimes it's hard to tell though. You have to gather little hints that she gives you and then put them all together. It sounds weird but trust me. I know you guys just got back together, so see how she acts towards you and how things are. I think that she really does care about you. About this other girl, it's normal to like someone else but don't do anything stupid =) You're a good kid! I've been in your situation before. I loved my ex but I liked someone else. There was nothing I could do about that and I didn't. If things don't work out between you guys, you know who will be there for ya!!
