it doesnt really hurt because its cartelige like your ear and the guns are so quick you never feel a thing

Q: well i weigh like 230 and im only 14 and i want to lose weight b4 high school cause of the formal plus i want to lose weight b4 my prom and prom is probably gonna b n may..well i need sum tips and stuff on how i can lose weight and how to eat right cause i have a eatn disorder to..i want to get over it..It Is driving me crazy. i want to get my belly button periced and stuff and wear a 2 peice during the summer and wear lil clothes not be fat

you can have 3 complete meals or 8 small snack like meals like carrots and low fat dip , stay away from soda but its ok to have it sometimes because you need caffeine or else you will become extremely tired . eat what your body tells you but portion it , like a piece of cheese is no bigger than your fist ( portion everything acording to your fist ). the french do this and thats why there so thin , exersise 3 times a week 20 - 45 minutes . if you cant break the candy/junk eating its ok , eat them in the morning so threw out the day they will burn up , if you eat them at night they just lay there and theres no way you'll burn them up . go to sleep for at least 8 hours because if you get less sleep than that you tend to eat more because your tired and aren't really paying attetion to what or how much you are eating . you should look for a exersise rediment that targets the areas you want to get smaller . it takes a long time lose a signifigant amount of wieght , if you start on diet and exersise right away till the summer you will be able to wear what ever you want . good luck !!

Q: i have a 3 year old bichon frise, and he IS potty trained. when he was younger we would let him out like 10 times a day to pee. well all the sudden this year he's been peeing on the carpets like at least once a week. we're selling our house, so we got BRAND NEW CARPETS throughout the house, and he still keeps peeing on those! we even get the spray stuff to disguise the smell so he won't go back to the spot but he still does. my dad says if he pees in our new house we're giving him away! =( so how do i get him to stop? i suggested obedience school but they said no he's too old. how do we discipline him PLEASE help if you know about dogs.

i would bring the dog to the vet and test him for diabetes . my dog was potty trained and all of a sudden he just started peeing inside and we had him tested and now that we got him meds for diabetes he stoped , you should also check for a urinary track infection .

Q: Ok I want to get a cellphone and I can get one for 20 dollers ( a flip phone ) but thats not the problem the service is. Like its expensive and crap. And we have to pay rent and bills so I dont know how we're or I am gunna be pay for the bill. Do you guys have any suggestions or any servies like cingular or something that has cheap plans. Thanks.

buy a cheap 20 - 30 dollar phone and get a phone card .

Q: I collect coffee mugs. I have 804. I can't stop collecting them, every time I am out for dinner with my parents I cant' stop looking at coffee mugs. Mum accidently smashed one the other day and I just lost it, I was crying and screaming at her. I don't want to be like this, but I really love my mugs.

Am I obsessive compulsive?

well it does sound like you have a thing for mugs . i wouldn't exactly call you obsessive compulsive but i do think that you are a inpusilve buyer , you cant stop buying mugs . many people have this , theres something in your brain thats not telling you when to stop buying (mugs) . it is treatable but yours isn't terrible , some people are inpulsive buyers and go into 10s of thousand of dollers in debt but they cant stop buying things because it gives them a high that they feel that they cant obtain any other way , buying for them is like a drug . if this mug buying gets worse i would suggest that you talk to your doc and get some meds from your doc. it will make the connection in your brain to know when enough is enough . its really not a big deal , people take it alot if they have a over eatng disorder .

Q: Ok I'm addicted to rice!! All I eat is rice, I don't know how to get out of this rut! I won't eat all day long and then come home from school and pig out of a huge bowl of rice! It's to the point where I just eat it all and barely taste it, I want to get out of this habit! Any tips?? I have tried to cut it out cold turkey I will last about a week and then cave and pig out.

you should try to eat something with the rice , like chicken and rice but have more chicken than rice and just make the rice portion smaller each day than the chicken and you should then try and eat other foods

nothing ... you have to go to a dorcter , if you dont your arm may heal the wrong way and you'll never use it again

it depends how you fell , it could take between 5 - 14 days , you should keep off it , no running

Q: I pull out pieces of my hair when i get stressed out angry or bored...i dont know why i do this i guess because i need some way to show my feelings...and i couldn't ever cut myself... i dont know what to do or why i do this... can someone help me!?

you probably do this because your are bored or stressed . insted of doing this you should try chewing gum or kniting or even playing with silly putty ,it helps

Q: I am 14 and my boyfriend is 18 but we are madly in love ...so we had sex about a month ago and i havnt had my period....we were also protected with a comdom but you know they are only 85 % protective...so i have been looking online about signs of pregnacny and i seem to have none of the signs except of a late period...i told my boyfriend about it and he said to wait till the end of october and see if you get your period..so im gonna wait and then take a pregancy test....but theres a 50 50 chance i might be and if i am...im not shure wut to ..is there any way i can get by this with out my parents knowing ?? is there any way i can kill the baby before its nooticeable...?? ...can i i have an abortion with havniing my parents know and can i have it before it get noticeable? or is there any pill i can take that can kill ??...i know its wrong but i dont know wut to do so plz tell me...thanks!!

first of all take a pregnacy test asap and dont make yourself sick , second of all you must tell your parents if your pregnate and you , your boyfriend and them can decide if you want to keep the baby of not . third of all if you are pregnate and try to " get rid of "' the baby yourself you can be brought to jail for the murder of a fetus . lastly if you are pregnate your boyfriend may be charged with statitory rape because you are underage . please make the right desiction and tell your parents !!!

stop puting the aloe vera body lotion on and clean the puss up with peroxide and a qtip if theres no cut or anything like that see your dr . asap

age 14 the youngest . i would let them go out with friends in a group and go places as a group so nothing really serious happens . at 15 i would let the two go alone to places that alot of people are at like a place to eat , movies or the mall .

Q: What do I do about an 'old flame' of my wife's that she has emailed recently and that I found out about? The messages back and forth hurt me deeply. I love her very much and she says she loves me and it will never happen again. I believe her but am vulnerable and afraid. I haven't always been the best communicator to her and want to do everything I can to show her how much I still love her, more than when I first met her years ago. i would flush the weed first and then if you find more later on you should talk to a counslier and ask her to refur your mom to a drug counslier to help her with her problem . your mom wount ask about where the weed is because she thinks you dont know and probably doesnt want you to know

Q: I live in a multiple unit house that has shared washer and dryer in the basement. The washer is hooked to one floors electric. The dryer to the 2nd floor. The third floor tenant is paying no cost. How can we split the cost up between floors fairly? Are there meters we can put on the appliances? Rewiring techniques? Appreciate any options to split the cost.

Q: Sorry it's so long, but I think I might to need to tell a teacher or somebody, can you help me?

A friend told me earlier today, she made me pinky swear that I wouldn't tell a guidence counciler or anything... well she told me she's cutting, or like that she wants to start.
Then by 3rd period... 3rd block, whatever you call it, she said she talked to a friend and said that she decided she doesn't want to cut... I don't think she started, just she talked about wanting to cut, and she said she was suicidal, because she couldn't stand living with her mom, her parents are divorced, and he mom won't let her live with her dad, and her mom won't go to court & let her choose what she wants to do.

Can she change her mind from being suicidal, to having talked to somebody that fast, or should I tell one of my teachers... I have a teacher that I know I can tell anything to. What she made me promise is not to tell anyone, like from guidence or anything.

So what I'm asking is

1.)Is she really over it?

2.)Would I be breaking the promise (I don't care if I am or not, I just want to know if I'm breaking it. if I tell the teacher I mean.)

3.)And Should I tell the teacher?

(she told me around 7am, then around 12ish she told me she talked to a friend and won't cut, and doesn't think she's suicidal. She seemed happy when she told me.)

she might have just said that as a sper of the moment thing and she MIGHT notmean anything my it . I would go ahead and tell guidence and ask then to just ask her if anythings bothering her . even though you promised her not to tell its still better because she might think about cutting and then she trys it , has and "acident " and actully hurts herself . you can remain anonimus and if she does find out explain you where woried and just trying to be a good friend ... she'll understand
