Wow, usually I give advice, not get it. Oh well. Lately, in the mornings, I've been getting really bad charly-horses, in my mid-calves. You know what a charly horse is, right? Yeah, it's like a major muscle cramp, and it hurts RELALY bad. They last for like a minute and a half, and I can rub my leg and it feels better, but I don't know. Is there any excersises or anything I can do to help that?

okay, well i am very blessed that i am not overweight, BUT the only problem is that my legs are huge! this might sound cheesy, but i'm serious! it's as if my legs dont match my body! i want to lose the weight but i dont exactly have time to exercise. i wear a skirt to school because the pants are awkward. what can i do to lose the weight?
