Big legs? thin body?

Question Posted Tuesday August 24 2004, 9:52 pm

okay, well i am very blessed that i am not overweight, BUT the only problem is that my legs are huge! this might sound cheesy, but i'm serious! it's as if my legs dont match my body! i want to lose the weight but i dont exactly have time to exercise. i wear a skirt to school because the pants are awkward. what can i do to lose the weight? Or make them look thinner?

Ok heres what we can do! A)wear a belt, like a belly chain, something to accent the waist and draw attention instead of it being focused on your legs!B)Same thing, capris and good if you dont like pants, and roll your jeans up at the bottom that will help! Do squants and run you dont necessarily have to "work out" to exercise, just go out of your way to do more things daily and im sure its not even that bad! have confidence! being thick is a good thing! :*:SaRa:*:

You should do squats! They tone the inner thigh of your leg and helps a lot believe me!! Take about a five lb. weight and hold it in both hands spread your legs about shoulder width apart and have your feet facing sort of outward and just do squats. About 2 sets of 15 should work real good!! Just make sure your knees don`t go over your toes!! =)
