DO LOTS OF PUSHUPS. Pushups build your pectoral muscles, which builds breast tissue. These wont make your boobs like Pamela Anderson huge, but they will give them a boost in cup size and, sry to be blunt, but that coveted round perkiness. Good luck!

My stepfather is actually in Quatar right now, so I know how the separation feels. I know its hard sometimes, but keep strong and be positive. We unfortunately cant go with my stepfather, but he can come visit us whenever he has vacation time. Try planning large family vacations if you can. Meet somewhere like a halfway point (i hear Ireland is BEAUTIFUL!!), try an overseas telecommunications service(www.bigzoo.com is a good one), use web cams so you can continue to see your family, send photos and letters or email constantly,and get your wife to mail you your childrens schoolwork in the mail so you can keep up with what your kids are doing. I hope by sharing my experiences, you can find some peace in being seperated from your loved ones!

ASk your dad what it is that he heard. if you know its not true, try to prove it to your father, but dont be disrespectful...thatyll only make things worse. If you have never heard what your father is talkin about, then may be you should confront this guy and demand the truth. Ok, you should definately NOT have sex with him just to make his siblings and cousin like you. If you stick to your vlues, they will eventually respect you for practicing abstinence. If you are hanging around people who will only think you are "cool" if they know you are having sex, you need to find a new circle of friends. If your boyfriend respects you enough to wait until you are ready, then that is all that matters and you shouldnt feel the need for others approval. They arent the ones having sex, its not their body, or their virginity. ITS YOURS. You decide who you save it for, and you decide when you are ready to give it to them. I just got kicked out of my moms house and i am starting off fresh at my dads. He doesnt trust me and neither does my grandma. I can t talk on the phone without them listening or i cant get on the computer with out them reading my stuff. I cant go anywhere without them spying on me. Well, maybe you gave them a reason not to trust you. Try showing them how responsible you are. Do something to show them they can trust you, and i dont think that sneaking on the phone and the cpmouter is gonna help! Just give them a little time to see they can trust you.
