About Me
Basically I'm 13 and i love to draw, swim, play volleyball and soccer, dance, sing, and hang out with friends. i love collecting purses haha, i have this huge purse collection in the back of my closet, most of them i never even use lol. i also like the shop and travel. i make madprofiles and i LOVE movies haha. i pretty much like anything non-academic related lol..god i'm so glad summer's started. anyways that's pretty much all about me!!

See... there is this guy at my new school and he likes me. He's also a football player... well anyways... my friends like him. But one of my best friend said she didn't like him. But she keeps talking to him and smiling... and playing wit eahc other. I dun think I'm jealous because he likes me. Now my friend keeps hanging out with him. What should i do? (link)

i think your friend really does like him, but doesn't want to admit it to you. well you can't just go up to your friend and be all "stop hanging out with him" because that really won't work. you'll probably just end up fighting with each other. i don't think there's much you can do, if that guy likes you, he's not likely to fall for your friend. just keep saying that to yourself =). and if she flirts with him all the time for a really long time, maybe then you should say something to her about it. but if she only does it every once in a while, just don't say anything. so just don't do anything for the moment and when you see them flirting or w/e, maybe just try ignoring them if it bothers you that much. good luck!!

(me - 15 female and my ex 16 -male) Well I was going out with this guy for almost 2 months and I know that doesn't sound like a long time, but I really loved him and cared about him and he broke up with me but had this girl in his class to tell me well he didnt really get her to tell me but she told me anyways because she didnt want him to keep drawing it out on me. This really hurt me that he couldnt come up to me and tell me his self because we always talked about things pretty openly. Well the reason he broke up with me was because he didnt like me going to parties with one of my ex b-fs that's like my brother now and every time I had went to a party I had enough courage to call him and tell him I went and asked him if he was mad and he would always say no.. I mean If I was gonna cheat on him it wouldnt be very smart for me to cheat at them parties because his friends were there anyways I mean I would never cheat but still. and he always said he still had feelings for his old g/f! I mean this really hurt me. but then his ex invites him to the movies the day after we broke uup and she was supposed to be one of my good friends and I just dont think that its right for friend to do that too you I mean I was crushed when he broke up with me, I went up to him and tried to talk to him and he told me he didnt care, I was so tore up at school I went home early and it was all a big mess and me and his ex got into it over that because I thought it was bull shit but she didnt think she had did anything wrong. I mean me and her are friends again but I just cant forget what she did to me just like that I dont think we'll ever be as close as we were. I just dont know what to do because I love him so much and I just cant drop him and forget about him! I even went to one of his friend's houses for a lil get together thing of some of our friends, (we had to same group of friends) and I'm not gonna lie I caught myself staring at him and I just cant get him off my mind and it hurts even more to know that I have expressed myself to him and he cant even talk to me at all and when I see him and his ex together at school that just kills me too! I love him so much and he acted like he cared so much for me but I guess I was mistaken!

lol wow that was really longg.. but i know what you mean =(. i'm sorry he broke up w/ you and that you're so devastated. but it could be that he doesn't show the same feelings toward you that you show towards him. i know i may be talking on the negative side, but you only dated for 2 months, and while he might have been your dream guy, you weren't his dream girl. i know it might really hurt for you since you love him so much, but he doesn't like you as much as you do. but on the other hand, he is pretty harsh doing all taht stuff and then like hanging out with his ex the next day. and then your ex is your friend and all, and you feel all betrayed. i think that both of them don't really realize how much you care and love your ex-bf, because you obviously love him a lot. and that makes it really emotional and depressing for you to see your ex and your friend going together.
but you have to get taht you've only dated for 2 months and you're already this emotional. you're going to date guys (or already probably have) for like 2 years or more, and they might break up with you. and 2 years is a hell lot more time than 2 months. how are you going to handle it then if you're only handling a 2-month relationship with someone? it's normal to feel really hurt and all, and cryings def. ok, but it doesn't help all the time. and there's not really anything you can do, you can't all of a sudden just make him love you again. i'm sorry =( all i have is for you to try to control your emotions or w/e and maybe try looking for a new love. i know that's going to be really hard after losing him but don't worry, it'll be worth it. good luck! =)

well i'm sure you should get it soon. some people get it later than others. i know it sucks to be like that, but i don't think there's really anything you can really do about it =(. just make sure you eat right and are healthy. people in the old days got their period a lot later than we do nowadays because they weren't as healthy & ready to develop as we are today. but don't worry.. but if you don't get it by the time you're like 17 or 18, that is a bit weird and it could be serious. but i'm sure you'll get it before =)

dude you should break up with her. look if she says that she's going to break up with you and that she hates you, etc.. everyday then that obviously means she doesn't really like you anymore. if she says it like once in a while, she may not truly mean it, but if she says it everyday then yeah. and she doesn't even talk to you and flirts to other guys in frotn of you. you should totally dump her, she's a bad gf and it's obvious she doesn't want to be with you anymore. she doesn't deserve somebody like you, and you don't deserve to be around somebody as mean as her. good luck!!

hey since summer is coming up i need to buy more bathing suits lol ! i am not ultra skinny- yet not considered fat but i need to find a place that sells cute tankinis that i would like. im into patters with hearts and cute stuff like that and my budget is around 20 dollars... any ideas? thankss lol x0ox (link)

target is pretty cheap and they have swimsuits. also limited too has some really cute ones =) lol. but they're pretty expensive. i'd say target is probably the best one. i'm not really sure where there're cheap bathing suits, because my mom pays for all of mine and she doesn't care how much they cost =). but try target!! good luck!

hey! well see, theres like alot going on in my life right now. like two of my friends started drinking, and we are only in 7th grade. i dont understand why though and they wont tell me. and then, like another one of my friends like wont stop talking about this guy that she likes that she already went out with but wants to go out with again. but. he doesnt like her and said that he never would again because he regrets even going out with her in the first place. im too scared to tell her that he said that because she will get so mad at me. she gets mad at me when i just tell her that she needs to stop obsessing over him because its not healthy. she just wont listen. and then my best friend, its a guy, and hes having like a really hard time with his girlfriend. since hes my best friend, he tells me everything and like what she does to him like is really mean. i know it doesnt really have anything to do with me but they are all really good friends of mine. and like with the guy, ive asked him why he likes her and why he hasnt broke up with her yet. and he said it was because he still likes her. but no one gets why he still goes out with her after what she does to him. like she makes fun of him and flirts with ALL other guys and its not cool. cause hes awesome and we dont know why anyone would treat him like that. and then i have all my own problems with guys and its just all too confusing! please help me with these problems.. even though i have tons more! thanks anyway (link)

well the 2 friends who are drinking, well it's probably because of peer pressure or something. do lots of kids at your school drink (like high schoolers or even 8th graders)? because that may be the reason. but i'm in 7th grade too and nobody in my grade drinks (at least not that i know of) but even though your friends won't kill themselves from drunk driving or anything since they cant drive yet, they can still kill themselves by getting too much alcohol in their blood. i'm not really sure about these things but in the newest cosmogirl (haha i'm obsessed w/ it) it has this article about this girl who drank who almost died and maybe you should read it and then talk to your friends about it. but do they drink a lot? if they do, that could get pretty bad..
that girl who's obsessed with taht guy, maybe you should just get taht guy to go up to her and say to her to stop obsessing over him. i know that sounds pretty harsh, but if she needs to shut up w/o she getting mad at you, that's the only way i can think of. if that way won't work somehow, post again and i'll think of more ways.
and that guy who's gf is mean to him, well i guess somebody can't just STOP loving somebody just because they flirt and make fun of him. yeah but he needs to understand that his gf is treating him pretty badly. i'm sure he notices taht but he wants to keep giving her more chances and doesn't want to break up. but if she starts actually cheating on him or abusing him really badly somehow, then you should try to explain to him why they need to break up, because she's just not worth him. i hope i helped.. good luck!!

I need help .. its about school because i never really supposovly try .. (ahh which i do) but my mom and dad dont think so there always tell me "ur never going to pass this year your going to summer school -- or your never going to graduate".I really try in social studies in science..but like i always get F's and D's .. and the rest are really good..but what i dont get is, yeah i study but what eles can i do?

well your question is really similar to the girl who was right before you. are you sure this isn't the same person lol? but this is just what i told her..
ok so like studying, you should study everyday, not cram on the last day for a test or something. cramming's really bad for you. and you should def. concentrate and not be distracted. if you are, you should move to another place in your house. and don't procrastinate, it becomes a really bad habit and you don't get anywhere. make sure to take a break every hour or so, a 15 minute break. some people say that eating helps them study, some say that some background noise helps them too so maybe just turn on the radio or something. but if the radio's going to distract you, then you probably shouldn't do that.
also if you absotlutely just cannot study, maybe you have ADD or something. or simply just because you don't try hard enough. i'm not in 8th grade yet so i don't know how tough it is, but school can be really hard sometimes.
if you need extra help badly, try asking a teacher if there are some extra credit things you could do to improve your grade, or try to schedule tutorials with them. maybe your parents need to hire you a tutor at home to help you with your homework. good luck!!

that's a little mean of your parents, they're supposed to try to encourage you, not discourage you.

well..i have liked this guy for 4 years and he has liked me off and on but he finally asked me out over the summer, we were going out for like a few months, but then he broke up with me. i never stopped liking him and now he likes me again and we are talking about bein together again, but at school he doesnt talk to me that much and he flirts with a lot of other girls and it hurts me to have to see that and sometimes it pisses me off. that is weird. there are a few reasons for this..
1) maybe he really was jealous of this other guy flirting with you so that's why he goes off flirting with other girls and not really talking to you. and then the reason he said that he didn't care if you had sex with another guy was maybe he wanted you to think he was a good person or something, letting you do that. but that is pretty strange though...
2) well he may like you but he also likes other girls too. he wants himself to seem available. and when he told you about the sex thing, he actually really didn't care that much because he likes other girls too.
3) he probably isn't sure he really wants to go out with you agian. he still likes you but he isn't sure what to do, so he ends up flirting with other girls. then about the sex thing, maybe he didn't mean it, maybe he was just saying it to sound defensive to himself or something.
i think you should talk to him and ask him waht you jsut asked me. tell him that he's confusing you and that if he doesn't start paying attention to you more or w.e then you're just going to forget it, because it's not worth it. i don't know if he actually cares, but after you talk it out, you should find out. good luck!!

okay so i went to a movie with a couple of friends and the movie sucked so we came back to my house before the movie ended... well anyway, i came in and i found my mom and her b/f having sex in the kitchen on the floor and it totally grossed me out... ew and now i never feel comfortable around them anymore... i dont wanna talk this out or talk about it ever again..

There's this kid i like. i think you should go up to him and say "you know how you asked me out many times before? well i didn't truly mean it when i said no."..or something like that. i mean he did ask you out many times before and he still does like you anyway. but why would almost all of your friends be mad at you if you went out with him when only one of them likes him? because they'd think you were backstabbing your friend or something? and if he dumped you, everyone would get mad becauseeee? sorry but i didn't really get that lol. but if you want to go out with him, go for it! lol i hope that helped..good luck!!

ok, which do you care about more, your friend or your reputation? i know that's a really hard question for you to answer. but on the other hand, maybe you could still be friends with her and still don't like get made fun of or anything. maybe you can have her hang out more at your house and you won't put away messages saying that she's over. and idk, maybe when she puts an away message on-you can secretly put her on invisible so nobody reads it. but that's a bit mean to your friend, but why does everyone hate your friend? why do they not like her? maybe tell them that you like her and she's not that bad once you get to know her. they might make fun of you and think you're weird and all but then later they'll find out that you're right after all. but i don't know if that's what you'd like to do though..most likely not. but i'm sorry i didn't really give good advice =( because that's really tough, sorry! good luck!!

a dress can still look good even if you don't have any boobs. some girls in 8th grade don't have any, so it's ok. but like just choose a nice dress that you really like=). it doesn't matter truly now what your figure looks like. just buy a pretty dress and some matching jewelry and i'm sure you'll look great! neiman marcus and foley's have some really nice dresses if you want any store suggestions! good luck!!
