Q: ill be 15 in 2 weeks. but i really want to get some money. i know everyone will prolly say babysitting! .. and i consider that, but like how do i get people to babysit for?..you know like find people to babysit for? .. thats where im stuck. so can someone give me some suggesions? please!?

You can work in an icecream shop. If you want to babysit ask your parents to help you get an add in the paper or make flyers and stick them in mailboxes. Thats how we got our babysitters!

Q: i hate being skinny ... is there any way to gain weight faster..i eat like crazy but i have a fast matabolism ( sry i can't spell haha )

My sister is trying to do the same thing. Just don't overdo it please!!! I suggest drinking malt shakes. Also, I'd ask your doctor because sometimes they have solutions for those kind of things! :-)

Who told you you can't have sugar??? Totally wrong. You just shouldn't have sugarless gum because it's all sticky. The reason some orthodontists tell you not to have sugar is because sometimes it can losen your glue. Don't even worry about it!! Just don't overdo it with caramel and sticky stuff cuz thats what can harm you. Braces are supposed to be a good thing! Don't make em bad!!!

Q: Im a fifteen-year-old female and I use the finishing touch on my mustache, but it doesnt cut the hair close enough,and it grows back really fast the next day, i dont wanna shave and im allergic to nair and other depilatories. I was wondering..would getting it waxed be almost the same thing? Will it grow back like my mustache does now or will it be all nasty n stuff? And if i do get it waxed does it have to be real long, cuz if it does that will be real nasty! Thanks in advance!!

1.- Waxing takes the hair out from the root so I think thats pretty different.

2- It doesn't grow in really fast like that other thing did

3.- It doesn't have to be long to get it waxed.

Q: I am 14 and female. I get A's in school, but sometimes I think I have ADD because when I'm not interested I just space out.

Well, at least I WANT to think I have ADD.

You see, my friend told me that ADD medication like Aderol and Ritalin (I can't spell, please help there..) makes your metabolism hella fast and makes you lose weight like crazy. Many of my friends have ADD and I can prove this statement true because they have all lost weight since their diagnosis. Now I'm not the skinniest person but I'm at an ideal weight right now. I would like to lose at least 10 pounds or so. It isn't a lot and it would do me good.

I wonder if this is worth it. Should I go get tested? I know it's like using crystal meth to get skinny like my friend did, because it is a perscription drug, but when I told my mom she almost started crying she was so mad and my friends are worried about me. Is it really that bad? Should I consider that I may have ADD even though my attention span is pretty long for my age and that would just be an excuse to lose weight? Or should I just drop the topic? I know this is really vain, but I need some advice. Thanks.

ADD medication has lots of side affects and a loss of apetite is one of them. So yeh, I guess ADD medication would help you loose weight.

Don't waste your life trying to be popular! Haven't you ever seen movies or read books about what happens to people who try?? It's not a great idea. Be happy with who you are.

Soffees!!!! You can roll em up real short. I'm not sure that fits in with ur style though. WEll, anyway soffee shorts can be as low as 5 bucks! They come in all different colors and sizes. You can get them at sports authority, kohls, and other places too.

Q: does anyone know a good breed of dog that is low maintenence and cheap

Theres no dog that is low maitenance and there is no specific breed that is cheaper than another. If you want a cheap dog you may also realize that along with the cost of the dog you have vet bills, food, toys, and other costs that come along with having a dog. So really there is no cheap dog.

Q: I always get sidetracked and daydream in class. like i dont pay attention [i still get A's and B's somehow]. sometimes i will space out when people talk to me and they get mad sometimes. My friend always says "pay attention" or "i think u have ADD" .. this is botherin me now that someone pointed it out to me. Is this ADD.. if it matters 13/f

It could be! Ask your doctor to give to some tests and maybe they will give you some pills to help you out.

Q: Ok i know im kidna old but I had a babysitter kind of coem ovr after school till my dad comes home. Shews was 21 and really cool, im 13. Last week she left and i was really sad i cried, i know this is wierd but do you guys think im over reacting. She came everyday for 2 years.

No! Sometimes your get attached to people that have cared for you for a long time. If you cared about this babysitter so much that you cried, you can't be overreacting!!!

Q: i have really frizzy curly hair and for the last year i have been straightening it everyday which gets rid of the frizz aswell as the curl but this summer i really don't want to be straightening my hair everyday i want to enjoy my time in the sun but without the frizz i have tryed loads of different frizz shampoo's but i can't find one that will make me have cute natural curls (like i have) but without the great frizz,
anyone know anything i can try??

I've heard that getting your hair layered gets rid of some frizz. If you already have your hair layered then I'd use John Freida's Frizz Ease.

Q: I babysit every Sunday for 3 kids. 2 girls ages 5 and 7, and one boy who is 9. I bring coloring books and board games, but after a while we just run out of stuff to do!!! These kids get bored easily, and everything I own that they would like, they have used. After a while, I become bored and very tired, and so every week i am reluctant to go. What should I do, and quitting is NOT an option!

Q: My eyebrows are really hairy! I have super long hairs and I look really bad. My mom won't letme get them waxed..I have asked her many times and she won't let me. Pain for beauty!!! Take a shower before you pluck and just maybe make it numb with ice. It takes awhile to get used to the pain but after a while its kinda fun!

Put that green gooey stuff on. Sorry but I forgot what its called. But it has aloe in it and it makes your sunburn feel better and go away. So find something with aloe.

Q: Hey everyone, this question is for people who are really educated in like the body & medical stuff...

Well this morning I woke up around 4 AM and i couldn't go back to sleep because my chest was hurting.. like it was right under my boob - so i went to my moms room & told her what was happening and what it felt like and stuff.. but the hole thing is it only hurt when i breathed in ---- too hard. so i'm not sure what it is or what to do.. my mom was going to take me to the doctors today but i said lets wait and see how it is tommorow.. my dad thinks that it may be like i was coughing (im kind of sick) and that my lung is brusied or something because i was coughing so hard.. or when i was dancing i pulled a muscle.. i told him that i have never had that happen before & he was like it's ok.. it takes time to go away & stuff. well it is my first time happening other than when you get that pain in your lung that like hurts when you breath and you feel like you need to put your hand in the bottom of your lung& pull up to make it go away..& in a while it does. this isnt what im talking about though... pleasee give me some advice as to what it could be..

I had something like that too. I got it a lot at night. I asked my doctor and she said it was acid reflux which is different then heartburn and feels much worse. You might have it cuz Acid reflux always happens at night. Take some Zantac if the pain continues for more than 15 minutes.

Q: i'm auditioning for drill team officer, possibly head sergent and i need to choreograph to two songs. i need a song for a jazz routine and a prop routine (where u have a chair, ladder, cane, or some other prop incorperated into your dance) and i need help thinking of songs. i want the jazz routine to be very poppy and bouncy. kinda like cierra 1 2 step, but i don't want to use that song. but for the prop routine i still don't know what i want. suggestions for it are open. i rate high. i just want ideas and song titles, thanks for the oppinions.

If you asked me, 1 2 Step doesnt really sound like Jazz but whatever. I've seen really good Jazz dances to these songs:

Q: how do you deal with rumors and gossip. i really don't care what ppl say i just have a hard time showing that i actually don't care, so how do i show people i really dont care?

Laugh and then change the subject. Just don't do it too dramitically because then they'll think you totally care.

Q: O.K., Im thinking about downloading AIM onto my computer, but Im afraid it will give me a virus. If I get a virus my parents will KILL me!
