Theres this guy at work that has been confusing me. He's a team lead over cashiers and with me working the sales floor, we had never talked before. One day I was joking around at the service desk with one of my friends who is a cashier. She introduced us and since than him and I have become instant friends.
When I walk by him, he always hollers at me so that I will stop and talk to him. Even when I come in on my off days, he stops whatever he is doing and talks to me.
One of the things that confuses me is that he treats me differently when some people are around. When no one is around he flirts and tells me his plans and things about himself. But if people are around he treats me like a team member, like he wasnt just flirting with me 2 seconds before.
Like the other night, he made me stay past my time to cover a department, so another team member could go to the huddle. After the other team members left, he called me to make sure that I wasnt mad at him.
He is very very serious about keeping his work and personal life separate. He also keeps spouting off the rules to me about how he is not even allowed to hang out with team members only team leads. But than he messages me to come and hang out with him and so on. When I questioned him about how isn't him hanging out with me mixing work and personal life, he responded with that he trusted me not to mess up his work enviroment. He always drops little hints into the conversations about himself and everything.
Another one of the team leads over the cashiers who I am extremely close with told me that they told her that the rules were that they could date and hang with team members as long as it didnt interfere with the job.
The other night I ran into him and his friends at the pool hall and the first thing he said to me was "What took you so long to get here?". After they left him and his friends went to eat and I went home. When I got home I had a message from him asking me why I didnt come eat with them.
He's not a really shy guy, he's actually very outgoing.I've never ever had a boyfriend, any boy that I ever liked has always put me in the friends only category. He is the first guy to even show just interest in me that is maybe a little more than just friends. I think he knows that I like him but I'm not sure. He's told me that work relationships, never work out, not statistically anyway. People at work have noticed and tell me that he treats me different than he does anyone else there. I'm just not sure. Sorry for the long text I really needed to get it off my chest.
It sounds like he likes you. But like you said yourself he is serious about keeping his work and personal life seperate. Because he is higher up in the ranks it is more important that he acts professional at all times. Maybe he is not sure that you like him and that is why he is not persuing the relationship. My boyfriend and I work at the same place, and we do act different around eachother, it is in a sense that when we are at work, not boyfriend and girlfriend but just associates. I think you should let him know that you like him, and that you would not do anything to compromise his or your jobs.

Are there any ways to help it?
Try to stay away from things that trigger your asthma, such as dust, pets,perfumes etc. Cold weather is also a trigger, so try to stay inside and not spend alot of time out in the cold. If you have to use your inhaler everyday then your asthma is not under control, I would suggest having your parents take you to a doctor who is a doctor for asthma. I go to one who only treats asthma and allergies, they usually know more about new treatments you could try than your regular doctor would.

It is nervous to be nervous about having sex for the first time. But if you are scared about it then you should wait. When you are completely ready you should forget about being nervous and scared and only be excited and happy. He should be patient and go slow with you if he knows it is your first time. If he loves and cares about you he won't want your first time to be a bad experience. And if he doesn't care then you probably should not be having sex with him. As for pain, it really depends on the person. Some girls say it hurts a lot the first time, however when I lost my virginity it didn't hurt at all. Just make sure that it is not a decison that you will regret, and that he is the one.

i'm 14/f and i've had my period for about 2-3 years now and i HATE pads so much. i've tried to put a tampon in so many times but whenever i do i don't know exactly where to put it and it doesn't just slide in easily do i force it in? will it hurt? how long can you keep it in there? when you take it out do you just pull the string? i've never stuck anything up there before. i'm so desperate any advice would help. thanks soo much!
It's a little tricky to get the hang of it at first but after a few tries its really easy. If you are a virgin you should probably try using a smaller size at first such as Junior sizes, Lites or Regular size. Then it is helpful to sit on the toliet with your knees apart, and relax. If your not relaxed it makes it harder to insert! so take a few deep breaths. Hold the applicator with your thumb and middle finger with your pointer finger on the bottom of the applicator. Insert the tip of the applicator (try to angle it towards your lower back) all the way,then push the bottom of the applicator with your pointer finger until you hear or feel a click, then remove the applicator. If its in right you wont feel it at all, if it feels weird take it out and try again. Don't worry its normal to have a little trouble.
You can usually keep them in for 4-6 hours depending on how heavy your flow is. And to take it out you just pull the string.

ok well my hair is really thick and during the day like after my hair drys from getting out of the shower it will be all dry and frizzy is there anything i can do to make it be all silky and smooth. without spending tons of money on hair products. I have the same problem, I've found that the sunsilk shampoo and conditioner [you know the ones with the slogan "Get Hairapy"] really work well. Use either the pink [for dry hair] or the purple [to make your hair straight]. Also I take showers at night and then blow dry my hair straight, then by morning the frizziness has calmed down. You heard right it is better to not wash your hair everyday. It is just fine to shower and wash your hair every other day. Unless you are playing some heavy sports everyday and sweat, but if you do need to shower everyday just wash your hair everyother day.

It is very possible that he likes you, but like you said before you are friends and most of the things you mentioned sounds like things friends would do to eachother. Does he seem to go out of his way to do things for you? If so he probably likes you as more than a friend.
I think you should tell him how you feel and take a chance. Just tell him that you like him as more than a friend. If he says he likes you too, then good for you! If he says that he only sees you as a friend, well then it wasn't meant to be. If he only wants to be friends, then let him know that it is still okay, and that things shouldn't be awkward between the two of you.
So if he does like you than you have the potential for a great relationship, and if he doesn't then you STILL have your friendship. It is really a win-win situation. So go ahead and risk it, you really have nothing to lose
