First of all, Singulair is NOT an asthma medication. It's an allergy medication that may help with allergy-related asthma symptoms. Talk to your doctor about trying a different medication. You can't just stop taking it because it doesn't work... it may take more time, or it might not be the right one, but either way you should talk to your doctor. They may put you on a stronger medication (like Prednisone) for a little while until it lets up.
Don't use your humidifier. I had one when I was little, and apparently they make symptoms worse.
If you have to go outside, wear a scarf over your nose and mouth so that you're not breathing really cold air.

If you have to use your inhaler everyday then your asthma is not under control, I would suggest having your parents take you to a doctor who is a doctor for asthma. I go to one who only treats asthma and allergies, they usually know more about new treatments you could try than your regular doctor would.
