My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okayy.. soo.. I have this boyfriend and he's really popular and all the girls seem to want him and im not sure if hes stayin in the relationship with me bcuz he wants to and really likes me or because he just is using me.

Sometimes you can tell if a guy is using you. If all those girls liked him, don't you think that atleast one of them could of had him? He doesn't like them because he's with you. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't be with you still. If he doesn't call you a lot that might be one sign. If he flirts with other girls more then you, talk to them more then you.. that's another.

how can you help from being jealous. i mean you cant exactly control it but i dont know im jealous of like every girl . and i dont like looking in the mirror sometimes because it depresses me --im not trying to get sympathy from anyone because i wanna be happy! really i do :) its just really hard for me to accept my loooks.. IM A VERY JEALOUS PERSON and it kills me..

You really can't help being jelous & it's a very natrual thing. You shouldn't be jelous of every girl because everything they have, you can too. They way they look, you can too. I think you are probablly very beautiful and you just don't see that. I know it might sound cheesy, but being pretty isn't only on the outside. Have you ever thought about that? You might just hear it on T.V but seriously, just because someone doesn't look PERFECT doesn't mean that their personality isn't. You know what I mean? Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful no matter what. Don't compare yourself to other girls because you are not like them, you won't be and you shouldn't have to be jelous. Everyone is different and looks different, but it might take you a little time to figure that out. Just love yourself!

IM SO FED UP WITH MYSELF. its like i cant look at the mirror anymore because i hate what a i see. i mean this is a phase for me.. but its just at the wrong time right now.. i dont know i feel so ugly and im not trying to get any attention i just feel really depressed and ugly. i dont know why?! and i feel like i dont deserve anyone and i dont want people to feel bad for me AT ALL. i mean i dont tell them this even its just something that is getting to me. i look at every girl and im like "wow shes so gorgeous" why couldnt i be different? and look like that. its just depressing..

I think that you might be going through depression. I also think that everyone goes through this stage once in their life, and it's okay at times, but you can't let it affect your life. Right now it might be hard for you to try and build up your self-esteem. I'm not going to tell you that you need to or anything, but you will realize this and how important it is for you. I bet that you are not even ugly. It makes me sad when people waste their time wanting to be perfect and how they ALWAYS seem to compare them selves with other people. Do you really want to spend your life like that?? I don't think so. You should be happy that you have a family, friends and you don't have to look a certain way for you to be happy. I know that you might not be looking for attention, but this is a situation you can fix. You should love yourself for who you are and the way you look. I'm sure that every girl has times where they feel like they are the ugly duckling and that all the other girls around them are gorgeous and they start to feel bad. Once it happens once, they start to always think like that. It's very low. If you feel ugly, do something nice for yourself. Do your hair different, wear make up, eat healthy and exercise. Have fun because life is too short to waste and be upset over being like everyone else.

well im about 5'6 5'7 and i think im really tall for a girl! i HATE IT sOO much! because im taller than some of the really cute guys. and most guys like shorter girls. and i have really long legs and i dont like them. i know there isnt anything i can do about them but i dont know its like im all legs and i think its ugly haha if you know what i mean?! and its so hard to find cute clothes for my height. i dont know i just hate being soo tall. i wish i was much shorter but i know i can like do anything about it. and im also realy skinny about 115 pounds. and i eat like a PIG!! and so then im so unproportioned because i wear about a size 8-9 shoe and then i dont know it just looks like my feet are so big too! lol well if you have an advice ?! im not sure if you could help on this one. but thanks anyways

I don't really think I can help on this one but trust me you do not want to be short!! I'm like 5' or 5'1 and that's really short for an 8th grader and the cute guys are all taller! Lol!! Anyways, love your bod because you know you're going to be stuck with it for a while. How old are you though? Just because you are taller now doesn't mean guys won't catch up. Guys also don't love shorter girls.. well all guys have different tastes. People will cath up to your hight and you'll realize that you aren't the only one. Ahh.. I wish I was taller !! :(

do you have any cute hairstyle i could do with straight hair. because lets just say first off curling and scrunching my hair doesnt work at all. so my hair is straight and its a little like below my shoulders maybe a lil longer and kind of layer in the front?! what would be some cute ways i could wear my hair. i also have bangs that kind of go down to my nose. soo hope that helped you think of what i look like! lol thanks

I kind of have the same problem except I don't have layers anymore. You could leave your hair down and pull your bangs back and put bobby pins in your hair. You could also pull your bangs up and tie it up because that's really cute. Pig tails are adorable! lOl Tieing your hair half way up, using bobby pins, french braids are soo cute!! Just try anything with your hair. You can also look up pictures in magazines and online to see more.

How can i have 8 glasses of water I cant drink it during the morning Or else i will need the bathroom all day. Cant during shcool no water allowed. And 8 glasses of water in the after noon i get off from school at 3:00PM and i go to sleep at 8/9:00PM. is it healthy to have it all in the afternoon.

Water is really good for you, and if you drink a glass in the morning you won't have to go to the bathroom. It's good if you can drink water period. Try drinking one glass each hour. When you come home.. you might have 5-6 hours until you go to bed. At school for lunch, instead of drinking juice or soda drink water. It's not all that good to have all that water if you aren't really thirsty so don't drink 8 glasses at once.

boys = confusing! lol i dont know if its just because of my age (15) but im soo boy crazy! its crazy haha. like i dont know like i havent gotten a hug or kiss since this past summer and maybe thats the thing..i just need some lovin but i dont know?! i need a guy lol or someone that i can go up to that i think is hott and just have complete confidence in myself. i want to meet new guys and like hang out with them..maybe get to know them better..how could i do that?!

To meet new people, you have be yourself because if you aren't people will see that. When you go to the movies, mall anywhere and you see some people, just go up to them and say hey. Become friends with them and be really nice & just have fun.

There really aren't layouts.. there are for different skins you can choose for your column though. Go on Column Settings and you'll see. I just have a background & a picture up. Find a background you like and there ya go.

i have this covergirl blush stuff but it never seems to stay on?! is the bronzer and the blush the same .. or is there anything else to help me look tanner bcz my body is really tan but i think because i wash my face it makes it alot whiter!! i just want my face to be tan too!! thanks

Which doesn't stay on? Bronzer or the blush? They are differnt things. Bronzer is to make you tanner and blush is to make your cheeks pinkish. If CG bronzer doesn't work good, try a different brand.

Yes there is. If you use a dark foundation it will make you look tanner but it won't match the rest of your body. Cover girl bronzers work really good. Go here http://www.covergirl.com/cgcollection/face/blush/index.jhtml. I used a bronzer from Germany & it worked really good.

i have a lot of split ends and i think thats why my hair doesnt really grow that fast. is there anything i can do to help this because it looks so unhealthy and i hate it!! and i really want long hair and its not growing..at all. its just below my shoulders and i think the split ends is whats keeping it from growing. there isnt anyway to make your hair grow longer faster is there?! lol wel thank you! x0x

There isn't a way to make your hair grow longer without getting the split ends cut. You don't have to cut it 2 inches, just trim it so it's healthier & so it grows. Do you straighten your hair a lot? If you do, you need to get this spray called Ion. It's less then 5 bucks and you spray it in your hair before straightening it, curling ir or whatever and it protects it from damaging.

No I don't have an accent but I wish I did. I lived in Europe for 7 years and then I lived in Germany for just a short amout of time & now I live in America! lOL ♥
