Everytime I brush my hair it gets really staticky. I use a drier sheet, but like the next time I brush it all the static comes back.

Is there anyway to prevent this?

I have the same problem, especially after I straighten my hair. I think that you should try Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave-In Weightless Anti-Frizz serum. That's what I use, and it works really well. It comes in a small green round bottle, and it has orange accents. It costs about $6 and it smells really good. It's available at all drugstores and retail stores such as Wal*Mart.

i tried out for a play for the first time. i was so suprised when i actually started reading the poem we were supposed to recite because i actually felt more comfortable with people watching me and i wasnt nervous at all and i think i did good... then the director said "thats exactly what i wanted" or something like that. then, the next person up he said "see how jackie did it? :)" in a good way. does that mean i'll get a part in the play?? or is he just being nice???

It means that you don't have a lot of fluids (water) in your system. It's best when it's clear, when you have drank a lot of water. Lol.

I think you should wear a short-sleeve shirt with a zip up jacket over it (Hollister/Am.Eargle?) With a necklace of your choice, and jeans. These kind of dates are casual. And wearing what you usually wear to school will be a perfect idea =].

Tabs are really helpful. Have you ever heard the song "Behind Blue Eyes" by the Who? It was the first song I learned how to play and it's not that hard. Just learn simple chords in a guitar book too. (G,C,F,D etc.) Have funn with your guitarr!

I had that issue. I use Sally Hansen facial hair waxing stuff and it really works! Just don't leave it on for too long or it will leave a rash. And you don't want that to happen. It's very humiliating. And don't try shaving it. The hair will grow back thicker and courser so it will be more noticable!

My freind is on an un-healthy diet. She hasn't told my freinds and I but at lunch she only eats and apple AND she on this website she said she was on a diet. We are worried that she is not eating much. What should we say to her? Should we talk to her?

Okay, the same exact thing happened to my friend, and right now she's in the hospital with IV's and anerexia. We tried everything we possibly could to get her to eat again, but it was all in her head. She had a fruitrollup at luch which had 40 calories, and she wouldnt eat it. Talk your friend out of it, and hopefully it won't be as serious as my friends'. Start talking nowww before its too late! Goodluckk=/

Don't feel discourgaged if someone is faster than you. ALWAYS stretch for about 10 mins. before LIGHTLY JOGGING. for 20 mins. You should also try to run on your own time. You'll get more pratice and you'll get better.

I am 5'3, 110 lbs, and I'm active in sports.
I'm thin/athletic build.
I play sports.

I would like to reach the 100 lbs mark. I'm sure a lot of you are wanting to give me the whole "Your fine as you are, don't lose weight!"

Well I've made up my mind, I want to lose 10-15 lbs. I need suggestions, and ways that have helped you.

Don't take this personally, but you don't need to loose weight. My friend had the same problem. Same height, weight, plays sports just like you. She went on a diet and it changed her whole life. Soon she turned anerexic. And right now she's in the hospital. She was a really smart student and now she might have to stay back because all the school she is going to miss. She's missing out on everything thats happening in school and she hates it. I'm hoping with all my heart that she'll get better soon...
okay anyways. The only way you'll lose weight the healthy way is replace water with soda and salad with candy kay? That's the healthy way to go!

Everyone's breasts grow at different rates. A lot of girls around the ages of 12-16 have that problem. It's fine, don't let her worry about it. How about you cheer her up and tell her that everybody's different, and that you're still her bestfriend no matter how big (or small) her boobs are. When she's grown up, watch her have the biggest chest ever. Just wait and see...

My b/f and i had sex on March 10 & on March 17. i was supposed to get my period on March 16. i still haven't gotten it. my b/f used condoms both times and there were no rips in them when he 'pulled out.' i have some of the symptoms of being pregnant. Periods can be quite decieiving at time. Maybe it's just late. The best way to know if you're pregnant or not is a, well, pregnancy test.
