I am 5'3, 110 lbs, and I'm active in sports.
I'm thin/athletic build.
I play sports.
I would like to reach the 100 lbs mark. I'm sure a lot of you are wanting to give me the whole "Your fine as you are, don't lose weight!"
Well I've made up my mind, I want to lose 10-15 lbs. I need suggestions, and ways that have helped you.
Thanks!

My friend had the same problem. Same height, weight, plays sports just like you. She went on a diet and it changed her whole life. Soon she turned anerexic. And right now she's in the hospital. She was a really smart student and now she might have to stay back because all the school she is going to miss. She's missing out on everything thats happening in school and she hates it. I'm hoping with all my heart that she'll get better soon...
okay anyways. The only way you'll lose weight the healthy way is replace water with soda and salad with candy kay? That's the healthy way to go! [ xo_tragicglamour's advice column | Ask xo_tragicglamour A Question ]

If you really want to loose weight because you yourself feel you need to then just watch what you eat. But remember, if your a very athletic person muscle weighs more than fat so takeing measurments may be more accurate in determening weight loss then weighing yourself.
