Hey Brytt! Its Sammay again! I am werking on losing some weight and I have been doing my moms hour work out tape but I wanna lose weight faster so do you have any suggestions. Okay, i'm not like super skinny... but im not fat. I'm 136, about 5'4, and weigh 120 or around there. Is it okay to wear pants that are tight that some of the blubber on my stomach hangs out, but i dont wear tight shirts theyre baggy.. so you can't tell that it's there. and i want to cuz my butt looks huge in them, but im a little worried. What do you think i should do!? pleaseee, please help me it's for tomorrow in school and my crush will see me.

Ok I know that this is really long, and I'm sorry, but if you can please answer that would be soo cool. Ok so I have liked this guy who is kind of a dork for about a year and a half. I haven't told any1 except 1 friend because its really embarrassing. This guy's name is Jamie. Jamie thinks he's really popular but he's really not popular at all and most people think that he's really annoying. He used to like me last year for a while and a lot of people still think that he does but he tells everybody that he likes this girl named Jillian who is PeRfEcT and I mean it she is pretty, nice, funny, athletic and most guys do like her. The problem is he is leaving to go to Hong Kong to stay! I'm not sure if I should tell him that I like him or not because he is the type that would go around telling everybody. There's this friend I have and her name is Kellen. She's really sweet, quiet, a good friend, and she's 15. And she has this boyfriend who is 18 and his name is Nick. He's fun, loud, and likes to mess around with everybody while Kellen is usually the girl in the back (I mean the girl who doesn't say anything unless she definetley has to answer). And last Sunday, Kellen, Nick, and I were hanging out at the mall. Kellen went to get ice cream for all of us and I stayed with Nick at the table. And Nick said "Well, you're getting more and more beautiful day by day. One of these days you'll be mine." I didn't say anything because I was embarrassed (and because I'm only 14). And Kellen came back and I pretended nothing happened because I also felt bad for Kellen. What should I do? Should I tell Kellen? Or should I leave it alone?

Today I was sitting in class and I just picked up this needle thing and started running it up and down my arm. I don't know why but then I started scratching myself with it really badly so that I had marks all over my arm. After school, my boyfriend saw but he made a joke of it. I think I did it because I want attention because my parents don't really give me any. I was really upset that my boyfriend didn't care, does it show that he doesn't care about me? Everybody that saw what I had done just ignored me.
