It seems like a stupid question but what's the best thing to do when you're trying to lose weight.
Eat before you work out or after? (obviously not right before or right after)
It's just a couple of people have told me eating before will give me energy and that eating after will just bring back the calories and other people have told me eating after is better because before you already have the energy from your previous meals of the day and if you eat after you'll get all the sugar, protein, etc. back that you lost during sweating.
So, who's right? (link)

I have AIM downloaded to my computer. It has aways worked fine. Now whenever I click on the icon to launch aim nothing happens...? No matter how much I try restarting. Then once in a blue moon the window where you type your username and such comes up, I fell it out, and it says "connecting" and then "Aim service cannot be reached, check internet connection". The internet is working fine, only Aim isnt working. What should I do?! (link)

Im in chorus at my school. I love singing and the class is sooo fun..my teacher is the best and i love singing at concerts. We just did The Phantom of the Opera and it was fun! I know that sounds corny but i really like it. I love being on stage. Well we had to sing for the graduates this yr and i felt embarrassed. We had to wear these lame chorus shirts and blue skirts. Everyone was laughing or snickering why we were singing..i felt soo embarrassed. All my friends make fun of me and im tired of it. Should i just quit chorus or what? (link)

Most choir uniforms are stupid. That can't be helped. What's good is that you are having a great time singing. If people make fun of your uniform, make fun of it yourself. It works.

Everyone at my school is calling me fat! The last time I checked the scale I weighed 144 pounds! But I gain weekly! I hate my weight! I am very self consious and I've tryed diets but they haven't been working. So lately I have been making myself throw up after very meal! Is it really that harmful? This seems like my last resourt! What should I do! My friends are worrying sick about me! The only thing wrong with this is that it makes me feel kindly weak! But mostly when I get hot or something! What should I do? (link)

You really need to stop thinking about what other people think. Be happy with what you have. And throwing up isn't going to help you in the long run. I suggest that you stop it.

You just don't want railroad tracks when your braces are removed. Pretty much avoid soda if you can.

My only tips are to do your best and if you are struggling ASK YOUR TEACHER FOR HELP. I know it may seem uncool, but it really can do you, your grade, and your classmates a world of good. :)

i just got a new sewing machine today and i have never had one before...everything is going great except for the bobbin. i know how to set it up and put it into the machine...but the string coming out of it...where do i put that? do i loop it through something or just let it sit there? i hope that this question made sense cause i can not figure it out and the directions dont say where to put it.
