The best colors for green eyes are brown, purple, deep khaki or forest green. If you keep in the green family it will enrich your eyes. Going back to Make-Up USA's eye shadow selection, I would recommend again the Lagune and the Orient, because they go very well with green eyes too, but would add Sahara (mixes dark green with light green). This color can be dramatic if you use more of the dark green, or subtle if you use more of the light green. Dark green on the lower lid, light on the upper lid. If you want a very subtle (I'm not wearing any make-up but look fabulous) I would recommend Algue Nacree (which is a light green with a white color) this helps lighten your eyes and makes you appear younger. Again I would recommend black or gray eyeliner depending on how dramatic you are trying to be. Gray for everyday, black for evening. A black mascara is best. SPECIAL NOTE: If your hair color is dark, then I would concentrate on the darker colors for enhancement. Okay there's this guy I like that I work with, and the fratnerization ploicy does not affect us because we work in different departments, ANYHOW, I like him alot, and my supervisor and co-workers think I should tell him but I don't know how. All of them told him that I liked him (WITHOUT MY CONSENT), and I guess he wants to hear it from me now. Okay, so you work with him so i'm sure there a lot of opportunities for this. Just ask him if he has plans for a weekend or even a day of the week where you both are not scheduled to work. Ask him if he is interested in seeing a movie, or just hanging out. Go out for dinner, or even just for ice cream. Something where you will have plenty of time to open up and talk. Hopefully the subject of "possible relationships" will come up! If you are too afraid of shy to ask him yourself in person to go out with you one night, have someone else do it for you. Or just simply ask him for his cell phone number, or email address, and ask him via internet or telephone. I'm not in college so i'm not exactly sure what "fratnerization" means. When you downloaded AIM+ and opened it for the first time, you might have unselected "AIM+ History Viewer". you might want to try redownloading it and making sure "AIM+ History Viewer" is selected. I have that same problem with AIM+. But I don't want to be able to see the history, so I don't really care. It might just not work anymore with AIM+ or something, but that's all I can tell ya to do. Download it again and then try it. Sorry I can't be of any more help!

okay heres the thing. i kind of like my guy best friend. but the problem is, i cant like him. My other best friend is practically dating him. But i cant help but like him anyways. heyy hun. well since you are so young..my advice would be that you have plenty of time for plenty of guys! if you really like him though, talk to your best friend! tell her you like, and find out if she would mind if you dated him. if she does, don't go out with him. you don't want to ruin your relationship with your girl best friend over a guy do you? but if she doesn't want you to go out with him..if you tell her you like him, you can tell her that it would bother you if she went out with him too! just don't let it bother you that much because believe me, you will have a lot of boyfriends in your life. some of them just won't work out in your favor, such as this one!! I have two sisters, I am the middle child(im a girl) one sis is 16, the other is 11(i'm 14). I try to get along with them, but they annoy me a lot. do you sisters get to do things by themselves? just tell your parents that you would really like it if you could get to spend time with your aunts and cousins alone. talk to them about it, without arguing because that will just make them say no a lot quicker, and they would probably use your "attitude problem" as an excuse for saying no.. make them notice you doing a little more work around the house, or not fighting with your sister, to make them see that you are responsible. maybe then they will think you deserve a little time for yourself with your aunts and cousins! but if they do say no, repeatedly, just don't worry about it because sooner or later you will be able to do what you want! You can get posters on a lot of bands websites. You could also search google, e-bay, or hottopic's website. (http://www.hottopic.com). You could go to the mall as well. The cd store (here it is FYE) should have them!! Wal-Mart might have them too!! Just ask around, and you should be able to find some! My best bet, if you can't find any of them at a store, would probably be e-bay! they have everything and you can usually find what you want for a pretty good price on there! Good Luck!

heyy. don't worry about it, guys will be guys! they were born to break hearts hun..just let him go, maybe it's for the better, especially if you two fight all the time! it's a typical high school relationship! they don't last forever. you just need to hang out with your friends, or go to the movies, or out for ice cream with your family to keep your mind off of him! don't let it bother you so much that you are constantly crying! guys are not worth your tears, and when you find one that is..he won't make you cry! remember that. that is the best piece of advice i can give you right now. other than to just let him do what he wants to do. and if he really truly likes you, he will come back to you. and if you are meant to be together you will be! yeah, i was scared to tell people when i got it. but you have to do it sometime or another. i think i was going to wait til someone asked me if i had it to tell them. i was really scared. but you have to do it. just wait for the right time, most likely you will want it to be when it's just you two together. maybe going shopping, or just out for ice cream, somewhere so you guys can talk, and maybe even bond a little bit! who knows, maybe this will bring you closer! if you are scared just write down what you are going to say, and practice it in the mirror or something..that might sound stupid, but heyy it's worth a shot! or maybe you could go with her when she goes shopping to wal-mart or wherever she buys her pads/tampons, and when you go down the aisle they are in..tell her that you need some! you don't nessecarily have to tell her WHEN you got it (if you think you are going to feel stupid for not telling her for 3 months..), but you still need to let her know that you have it, so she can help you out if you ever need anything! heyy. first of all, you need to talk to him! i mean it's not exactly healthy for people in a relationship to talk everyday for 6 hours (i do that , oops), but it's not healthy for them not to talk at all either! you do have his phone number rite? just give him a call..sooner rather than later. and ask him what he's been up to. tell him you were just wondering if maybe he wanted to hang out sometime, or get together. figure out somewhere that you two can go..maybe the movies, or an amusement park, or maybe just to his house or yours. you could also go out to eat! i am the same way. i'm always like *okay today i'm totally going to eat healthy food, and not much of it* but then i see something that looks good, and i eat it. most of the time however, i just try not to eat at all. you don't want to do that though, because then you might end up anorexic, and that is no good! what you might want to try is, have pictures of girls you want to look like, (their bodies) laying around to remind you that you don't want to eat 2 pieces of cake, or an extra helping of dinner. get people to encourage you to only eat healthy food. it's not that hard really! all you have to do is, try your best to eat food that is good for you. look at the carbs, and sodium of foods! don't eat as much as you normally would, (if it's a lot), and exercise! you have to exercise if you lose weight and want to keep it off! In my opinion, not being together in this situation might be for the best. You are only 17, so of course you are going to feel like you need him, and he's the only one for you. But think about it, if you both weren't getting what you wanted out of the relationship, and you were fighting, or arguing a lot..maybe it's better to have ended it. It is gonna feel like you want to be with him for a long time. Especially since you weren't just together for a week or a month like a lot of high school relationships. But believe me, they don't last forever. You are only 17, you have your whole life ahead of you. If you don't want another b/f, or don't think you could get another one..STAY SINGLE! You don't need to be tied down when you are so young. I mean yeah you might almost be 18, an "adult", but that is still young. You have other things that you could be thinking about to get your mind off of him. Hang out with your friends! For now just worry about finishing school, going to college, getting a good job! Don't worry about not being with him, because if he is really who you are meant to be with, you will end of with him one way or another! And if he really loves you, he'll come back. Yes, there are a few ways. One would be to just ask around, maybe somebody knows the s/n of the person you are trying to find. Another way would be to go to "People" on your buddy list (up at the top next to "My AIM") and go down to "Find a Buddy" and another box should pop up to the right of that one, and you can select "By email", "By name and address" or "By common interest". Chose whichever you need (in this case i'm guessing you would click on name and address) then type in what information you know about this person. and Click "Next". Something SHOULD come up. this used to work, i haven't tried it in quite a while..so i'm not sure how accurate or if it will even find anything. Good Luck!

Age shouldn't matter when you like someone, especially if it's only a one year difference thing. (if you are mature,and it's not illegal [such as an 24 year old dating a 15 year old..]) But just look at your situation, and ask yourself some questions. Okay, well first of all..where is this person asking you mean stuff? AIM, MSN, Yahoo? There should be ways to find out who this person is..
(1) you could make up a s/n, and IM that person on it, and act like you got their s/n from someone's madprofile, or a chatroom, or from a friend..and ask them who they are.
(2) get one of those "buddytracker" things for your AIM profile.. (search on google "buddy trackers for aim" b/c i'm not exactly sure where you get them) those allow you to see where somebody lives and information about that person, if it's available. (sorry if i'm wrong, b/c i never really had one..but i'm pretty sure that's what it is)
(3) click on "get info" (to go to their profile on AIM) and then click "Directory Info" on the bottom right hand corner of the profile screen.
those are all the possible ways i can think of rite now, and lemme know if you need help b/c i will IM them for you..or try to help ya out somemore if you would like. the next time they ask you something rude about your friend, give them a cocky answer. or just be a smartass to everything they say!! don't let them know it bothers you, b/c that is probably what they want it to do. just make them feel like an idiot for trying to make you mad, by being really smart to them. they should stop. and be sure to tell them how immature it is to do stuff like this, and also ask them why they can say this kind of stuff but not be brave enough to use their own name, or tell ya who they are! I apologize in advance because this is going to be pretty long. I'm a sixteen year old girl and I've been single my entire life up until now. I met this great guy at work, and we both liked each other. Our first date was absolutely perfect. It was more of a date to make things official seeing as we already knew a lot about each other. He gave me a red rose, we held hands in the mall, cuddled in the movies, and he kissed me goodnight in the rain. It was perfect. With this being my first relationship ever, I'm freaking out. I know you're not supposed to kiss on the first date, and I wasn't exactly ready for it either. I know that in a relationship, a guy is going to want something "more" than what I'm willing to give. My morals are that I don't want to go past kissing wiht a guy until I'm married. I'm not ready for anything sexual...I'm only 16! Everyone has told me that before you love someone else, you have to love yourself. That could be an issue with me, since I'm full of self-loathing and I have no self-esteem. I can't understand how a guy would pick me in the first place. My internal conflicts are seriously creating a huge dilemma for me and I don't know what to do anymore. I am 16 as well, and I have the exact same morals. I don't want to have sex until I am married. I don't think you should be scared that a guy wants to go out with you, just take things slow. Tell him what you want, and show him who you are! If he doesn't like you, or respect you for the way you view things..you don't need him! I have no self-esteem either! And guys are going to make you cry..it happens to everyone, probably more than once. Don't think about things too much because that will just get you worried and you won't know what to do, and that could cause you to make the wrong decision! Don't doubt yourself.
