Ok well i'm 13 and during the school year I had a boyfriend but we never kissed or any thing! And scince (sp) summer started we havent talked to each other, but both of us still really really like each other! And me and my bff's goal this summer is to get our first kiss, so ho do me and this guy go out and kiss! Please help!

Since you haven't talked since the beginning of summer, I suggest talking to him and spending time with him. Maybe he already has a girlfriend, or already likes someone. Once you start hanging out more and get to know each other again, maybe he'll realize he still likes you too and wants to kiss! If he likes you, sooner or later, he'll come around!

heyy. first of all, you need to talk to him! i mean it's not exactly healthy for people in a relationship to talk everyday for 6 hours (i do that , oops), but it's not healthy for them not to talk at all either! you do have his phone number rite? just give him a call..sooner rather than later. and ask him what he's been up to. tell him you were just wondering if maybe he wanted to hang out sometime, or get together. figure out somewhere that you two can go..maybe the movies, or an amusement park, or maybe just to his house or yours. you could also go out to eat! (if you had a ride since you're only 13) and just be cute and cuddly around him, maybe he will get the hint that you want to kiss him. but if not, when you go to give each other a hug at the end of the day, try to kiss him. or just flat out tell him, I WANT TO KISS YOU!! Ok well the first thing is you need to talk to him. Maybe since you havent talked to him in awhile he likes someone else or already got his first kiss. And if that not true then maybe you should just call him up and ask him to go to the movies with you. And then when your there jus leen in and pretend you are going to whisper somthing but if he turns and is about to kiss you then there you go! Or go somewhere and just talk about it. Hope i Helped!
