| is the pipe character. In computing, it means "or". In math it means "absolute value". I've never seen anyone say "i love |", and since it isn't immediately apparent what it means, there is no value in saying it. I suppose it could mean "I love you absolutely", after absolute value, but that's a a stretch. Why don't you ask the person you saw saying it?

I'm about 4'9' and about 110 lbs. I'd asked a question earlier, and got a few responses saying I should lose some weight, so I was wondering how people thought of this visually. I've really gained alot of weight lately, and I'd like to get back to 90 lbs, maybe even eighty?
I don't want to be super skinny, just skinnier than I am now.
The problem I've got is my stomach. I seriously look pregnant or something in all my shirts, anymore, if I'm not wearing a jacket, and it makes me feel really unconfident.

im really confused is a 4.0 like perfect gpa and then 5.0 if you are taking honors or is 5.0 perfect and 6.0 is if you are taking honors?
or does it depend on the school?
Perfect is almost always 4.0. How honors are treated is Dependant on the school, some schools allow you to have a GPA higher than 4.

A zip file is like a box. You have to take the files out first. So install 7-zip:

Ok i've always been wondering this, but what if space had gravity pulling you down....where would you go if you kept fallig? Would you fall forever or something?
Gravity is directly related to mass, so that's impossible. You'll always hit something, because something has to be there for there to be gravity pulling you.
Think of gravity like a trampoline. Planets are bowling balls. Things will roll towards the bowling balls. If the bowling ball isn't there, things won't move towards it. Space is actually like this, and it's fruitless to think of how things would be if the laws of the universe were different.
If there was a force like gravity making you go in one direction, you would constantly speed up, there would be no limit. After many years you would be going so fast that you travel widths of galaxies in a second. Since the amount of acceleration is low(while velocity is high), you wouldn't notice any G-force. Eventually you'd reach the edge of where the big bang has touched, and go into an endless void of nothingness.

I don't think anyone here can see into the future, so you won't get a definite answer. It's possible, but unlikely. At the current speed, the ice caps won't melt that fast(though something could change that). We're "awaiting" Russian Nuclear Attack now. They have the weapons, they just need to push a button. Even more likely is that China attacks us, they've been amassing a huge military, but the US government is trying to keep the public from knowing that.

each year for easter my family gets together and has an egg drop contest. for those who don't know what an egg drop contest is, it's where you make kindof an apparatus for a raw egg so that it doesn't crack when thrown off a building. in the past years i haven't been too lucky with the contest and i was wondering what may be some good suggestions for it?

I'm a long time honor roll student, and I've just recieved a Who's Who Outstanding Stundents in America letter.
It says to register for the website and stuff, and a scholorship is possible if I'm accepted..
Has anyone had experience with this? Is it a good program? Is it even legit? lol.
It's a scam. The put *everyone* in that book, and get people to have their loved ones buy it. I was getting straight D's and they sent me that letter.

Im not sure if this is coincidence or not but do you think the terrorists planned it to be on the day in which the numbers are the same for if you have an emergency (911). The cahnces are 1 in 365 which seems pretty uncoincidental. Any opinions??
No, it's just a coincidence. There's no way to plan an attack so exactly, and there wouldn't be any motivation to do it in the first place.

The moon landings weren't faked. The flag would flutter because of it's inertia when pushed into the ground. There would be shadows, but you might not be able to see them because of the poor camera equipment. Same with no stars, it's poor cameras(this was a long time ago).

I am doing a project on making an ecosystem in a 2-litre pop bottle for my 'bonus project' for grade 10 science. I was wondering if you feed the fish or just leave them?
The point of the ecosystem is that it's self-sustaining, so you shouldn't have to feed them. There should be some kind of plant in there that they are eating. You have to make sure you have the right kind of fish and plants.

Well I bought Halls vitamin C and it says take only maxium of 2 but I like it that i eat a lot a day (til I just read the max numbers).
What happens if I eat too much? Can something bad happen to my body?
Don't worry about that study, it's not poisonous. At the worst you'll have bad stomach aches. Vitamin C is known to be one of the least poisonous substances on earth. A light person would have to eat 2 pounds of Vitamin C to have a chance of killing them.
