how to upload picture of me?

SOMEONE please answer my question:
how do i upload a picture of myself onto advicinators?????
im so confused! thanx in advance! :)

-click browse
-find your picture
-click ok
-click host
-wait till the imageshack page refreshes
-copy the BOTTOM link it gives you, it will start with http
-go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-put the link you just copied from imageshack in the 4th box in section III of [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-immediatly after copying the URL/text into the 4th box on [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) , and without changing pages or refreshing, click "submit" on the very bottom of that page.
-It's done
Note that you may have to clear your cache before you can see the changes. Do this by press F5(on your keyboard), while on your column.

On the left, you will see "Inbox, Favorite, Categories, etc.." Click "PROFILE SETTINGS" then you'll see "Upload a Picture Of Me." Click Browse and find your picture.
