spring break is around the corner and it's going to be my 16th birthday around the 20th, and I want to look really good. I'm a little but over weight, but I want to get into shape by then. I'm bigger built, I'm not small, im 5'5 and 170lbs, and I looked good around 155-160. I'm usually good about watching my weight and exercising, but ive been so busy and i havent been able to get back on track since xmas break, and ive been going through alot of emotional stress and family problems, but its getting better, i just need to get on track...but i need some help! Most of my fat is in my stomach and I want to get my butt smaller..im in a pant size 11, i'd like to be in a 9 or smaller. track your weight. if you can get up on the scale twice a week. and set goals say 1-2 lbs a week. then you'll see slow, healthy results. drink water, you don't want to lose 4 lbs in water weight and think your ahead.
being skinny is a life style. once you accept that you can't always have your favorite food, or eat every time your hungry, and you can't skip working out, you'll be fine.
when water, fruits, and veggies replace soda and fast food, thats when you'll see results that will stick like tongue on a cold telephone pole.

Hey my username is timmy494 and my best friend lets call her bob (thats not her real name). She was a late joiner to PACE (a girted academic program). Basically she came in grade 6 instead of grade 5. In grade 5 the guys in our class teased us all about almost everything. Okay so there's this guy, he's pretty cute, and I sorta like him. We met randomly and it started really fast, something really unusual for me. We've had a couple make-out sessions, and hung out a couple of times and we seem to get along well but there's one problem. He just got out of a 3 year relatioship and isn't ready to rush into another anytime soon. I don't want to be the rebound girl, you know. The thing is, he keeps sending mixed signals. Like he says "i dont wanna rush into anything" and then the next thing you know he is kissing me, and we end up in my bedroom..with the lights and shirts off.. o.O and today he calls me to wish me a happy thanksgiving..and says we 'have' to do something when i get back, because i went home for thanksgiving..

Okay, so there's this guy, he's really hot, and I really like him. We met through a friend and we've become friends rather quickly. Okay, so there's this guy, he's really cute, and I love him, really i do.. We met as youngsters(10yrs ish) and we became best friends. We've hung out for years and had awesome times together but here's the problem. First of all he lives in Italy now(but comming home after the summer) and I dont think he totally diggs me in 'that way' if you know what I mean. I know love is a strong word but thats how I feel about this guy..no joke. Between him moving to Italy for the year, and me moving away for University, I miss him so much! I am willing to wait for him so I'm hoping that it works out you know.. I mentioned to him in May that I like, liked him and he came back to me like 2 weeks later saying he just wated to be friends..I was totally cool with it seeing as how long we had already been friends and I didn't feel for him the whole time, but like we still went to my prom together and I think, or at least I hope he had a good time, but like I'm still so confused about it, like I know what the situation was before and I'm pretty sure it's the same now but I don' know for sure, I just wish I knew how he felt, now.

not so sure on the first one question, but more than likely not. all drugs (as a rule of thumb, not proven) stay in your system from as little as 48 hrs to 3 - 4 months. depending on how much you eat. how much fiber you take in, how much water you drink. flushing your system would include a ton of veggies, and a lot of water to attempt to rid of detectable substances.

radar detectors are not illegal, however if you get pulled over and have one, chances are you're not going to get out of any ticket.
i'm gunna tell you right now. don't speed at night, 6-7 in the morning on saturdays are the best times, you little speed demon. cops are hard to see at night, and are usually LOOKING FOR speeders. at 6-7 in the morning, they have minimal patrols and most of them are in a coffee shop jerkin off.
i'll give u the low down ON radar detectors. they work. however with new advancements in 'shooting radar' it makes it much harder for a radar detector to do its job.
it makes it harder because most cops pull a trigger, sending out a wave of radio frequencies one at a time. these frequencies are what your radar detector picks up. so pray to god, that there's someone in front of you that would get triggered before you do, so that way your detector has time to pick it up, so you have time to reduce your speed.
