Cell-phone Restricted call..
There is any way i can call back a restricted # from my cell-phone cause somebody keeps calling me private?? i mean what steps i have to follow?? Please help..

these people are assholes. if they're as relentless as i'm interpreting, you need to just answer, then hang up, every call. if you do this:
-they cannot leave a message
-they will eventually figure out that it is no longer a game, and that they will no longer get a reaction out of you
the second you ask them who they are, you create a game, a game you will never win. and telling them you'll call the cops will scare them, but it won't stop them, and you'll get picked on for it. can't you see people sayin, "yah we were just f'n around and she got all crazy pshyco sayin she'd call the cops on us, haha, what a loser" because i've seen it happen. thats what you gotta do. peace.

Unfurtunately, that's unlikely possible.
But if you're paying a monthly bill, you should contact your phone service provider first, and find out if you can block private callers from calling your number.
If they don't have that type of service to help you follow these steps:
Answer your phone the next time and see if someone would speak with you, and the reason for their call.
If they're playing pranks and jokes on the phone, you need to inform them if they keep calling your number joking on the phone, you can have the police trace that call.
Trust me, they don't want the cops after them.
