First, I'd change your password. If you have a feeling that she's still messing around on it, change your password again. Then talk to your mom about it. One mistake you don't want to make is telling her that your Facebook is private--it's not. Your Facebook is on the Internet for anyone to see (unless you've set it a particular way, but all your friends can still see it, so it's not private.) Do tell her that you don't like her messing around on it, though. Tell her that if she's uncomfortable with someone you've put up there, you'd appreciate it if she talked to you first before taking the liberty to control your site. She might still be angry with you, but make sure you ask her why she does it...maybe she'll have a point and you can come to a compromise. (She might not like that your birthday is up, you have pictures up, etc.)

Also, don't leave your page up and just walk away from the computer. Then anyone in your house can mess with it, which is probably a big duh, but still.

Good luck!

there are 4 things that you need to do.

1) change you're password every 2 weeks.
2) make sure you're just not leaving it up and she just walks in the room.
3) confront her about it. inform her that its private, and that you wouldnt be snoopin through her shit if you had the chance.
4) ask her why she even felt the need to look through, (control), your facebook.
